Guys, I got device Xperia Z4 compact docomo SO-04G whose IMEI is network locked in my country. So I want to change the device IMEI to my old phone whose IMEI is not network locked. I have tried using mobile uncle tool but it is not showing CDS or changing IMEI option. Then I tried to root the device by pc and phone both but its also not rooting.
What am I missing?

after a hard reset , i lost IMEI's, and baseband as unkown now.
Bootloader is locked. No signal from sim to solicite unlock.
The only way to resolve is whit EDL mode with test points ?
