Is this normal or is it a bug?
After closing any application by "Tapping the [X] button", the the application closes and HTC Home screen shows up, which is normal. However, the 1st touch of any Icon does nothing. I have to touch the icon twice for it to run.

Ocassionally, the whole of the start bar across the top of the screen vanishes, it just goes blank and nothing is visible or clickable along the top (ie, all the little icons such as battery, signal indicator, start button, etc). Rebooting the phone restores it. Anyone else come across this before and is there a solution?
Mine occasionly does that, and the other odd thing it does is leave the small keyboard symbol at the bottom of the screen, not very often but once it's there it's a nightmare to shift, it eventually sorts itself out without soft reset, no idea why it does it, there seems to be no consistency to when it happens either.
Mine does this too but i found opening and closing the camera (which i have on a soft key) brings it back again.

I shall try that. This little start bar problem has been doing it more than usual in the last couple of days.
It happened again just now and I hadn't assigned my camera yet. HOWEVER, I have tomtom assigned to the today screen and opening and closing tomtom brought the start bar back.
I think any full screen program should do it, maybe it just needs to be refreshed which doesn't happen with a non full screen program

It happened again a moment ago. This time I clicked on 'No unread messages' on the today screen (I don't use touch flo at the moment btw just standard WM interface) which brought up my text messages and returned the start bar.
This is why we all love Windows Mobile lol
CM 10.1 Nook Color Touch Screen Not Working
Nook Color Feedback
----------------------------
Hi,
This is what I am encountering with my Nook Color currently. (Arm7 revision 2 cpu)
I'm not sure if any of you guys experiencing some issues with the Wifi connection. I encounter that my Wifi network keeps dropping and disconnecting.
I have the touch screen issues, so I loaded up the Developer options show touches. I experimenting the touch screen.
I flip my nook color (where the n button is resided at the right hand corner, facing the east), the touch screen cannot seems to move and response to either of the back, home and taskbar buttons. (bottom edges)
I flip my nook color over again, (where the n button is resided at the left hand side, facing the west), the touch screen cannot seems to move and reponse the back button. (bottom edges)
Now, I flip the nook facing me. (where the n button is the south position), I loaded up some apps to type in something with the keyboard. There are some issues that I noticing, I cannot press the Backspace button, the P button, the . button, the - button,
the q button.
Once I connected to the internet, I encounter these problems. My entire touch screen tends to freeze up. The touch screen is not responsive. I cannot even power down the nook.
The touch screen keyboard too wasn't responsive at the right and left side of the edge.
I do also encounter phantom touches on my nook color touch screen. Downloading the Nook Color Calibration didn't help solving this issues.
I come across some weird errors such as "Unfortunately, cmupdater has stopped", "Unfortunately, google search has stopped". etc etc..

Does anybody else encounter this problem:
While I've been playing emulator games or reading comic books in ComicRack, the touchscreen stops responding with full functionality and the navbar stops working.
For example: I'm reading a comic. Suddenly when I go to swipe, the image will enlarge or reduce. I cannot swipe to the next page. When I try to hit back on the navbar, nothing happens.
When I turn the screen off, then turn it back on, ALL IS WORKING AGAIN NORMALLY.
This cycle happens often.
Any tips? :cyclops::cyclops:
CM-10.2 build 11/26 with TRIM kernel enabled
Some parts on the top is not responsive but it outputs the screen normally. It sometimes doesnt detect some touches(shown in screenshot). Sometimes when Im texting, status bar automatically opens. I once screen recorded while i opened the sketch app and 3 touches was printed. And i did not do the touches so there was a random touches the happened(shown in the 2nd screenshot).
Do you think that I have a problem with the phone itself? Or some firmware bugs?
Hello! Came from a Pixel and the Nexi before it. Note 9 is the best device I've ever owned. I do have a problem and some questions. Please be gentle if these have been answered before, I have researched these things.
My problem is WIFI. It cuts out all the time, randomly! I've done everything, yes that too. If anyone had this issue and solved it PLEASE LMK.
Questions:
1. How do I disable the 'press of home button when screen is off, on lock screen, to wake screen'? Basically, the screen is off and if I touch the lower middle part of the screen it turns the screen on. I don't want it to do that. SOLVED!
2. No matter what settings I use, every time I get a text message notification (stock app) my screen turns on. I have lock screen notifications off for ALL apps and have each app setting changed under notifications to NOT turn screen on. No matter what the screen pops on every time.
I don't have any issues with wifi or notifications, but there are a couple of options for #1:
Search for "Hard press Home button" in settings and disable it. If you are using Always on Display, you should to set it to Clock instead of Home button and clock
