A big thank you - 8125, K-JAM, P4300, MDA Vario Software Upgrading

Just wanted to say thank you to zabardast_1 for helping me out so much last night you are a star mate
Also to DR Puttingham for the excellent sticky so easy a numpty like me can upgrade my K Jam to Mobile 6
Thanks again
TOE

It would so good if every user would be like this... read first before doing anything!
That would take away all those "HELP ME!!! I DIDN'T READ ANYTHING, NOW I'VE GOT A BRICK!"
Just my 2 cents...
Congrats on the flashing!

I did actually **** up in the begining and I found this place whilst seeking help. zabardast_1 found me the original K jam rom to flash it back to mobile 5 and then I thought to hell with it I have the original so can always go back so I flashed to WM6 it took 4hrs but it was worth it
Thanks for your post BTW

Anyone reading this consider DONATING to the forum...
If not giving back in help and advise then some simple 10€ will get you a star by the nickname (check mine )
cheers

I didn't notice the star, but thanks
As soon as my student fund comes through I'll donate.

Give the guy a break, he's being properly grateful and courteous. We could use some more of that with newbs.

Everyone HELP!

Hi All,
We all use and appreciate the time and effort our cooks put into making ROMS! We should show them appreciation for their work with a coffee or beer as their work makes our business and pleasure more fun!
BUT...one great cook has had his PC fried, and can't cook. Miniterror has been making the "Ravage" ROMS and they are SUPER!
So, this is my APPEAL (I have not been asked), to get just 35 people to DONATE 10 Euros each to Miniterror to help get this great cook back up and running for ALL our benefits!
Please follow this link to his temporarily discontinued ROM page...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=633360
Or follow this page directly to the one that shows his plight...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=6201115&postcount=1112
Please get on board and help...you can donate on either pages!! I will begin the quest, but please help out!
Please post any messages of support here to encourage our cooks!
Regards
J
P.S. Remember to appreciate all our ROM cookers from time to time!

Hi Welcome to the forums
Enter bootloader and flash your original rom (Read the sticky, that will help you a lot with the terminology and other stuff).
Also, this thread is in the wrong place it will be moved to the general section.

oh yes i am already knee deep in a samsung 9+ haha\

I'm new to XDA so here I go!

I used XDA for the first time this evening, and you guys provided so much background help, that I had to join and I made a profile.
I am 50+ where sometimes new tech just leaves me shaking my head.
I appreciate the advice here, as well as a gentle forum where "Android semi-Ludites" can feel comfortable and get real advice that I can understand.
You guys are so patient and used normal language to help explain how to fix problems.
Great to be here!
Kitty Crab
