Go to the wiki (link at top of every page), click kaiser, then go to the FTP and download the HTC ship rom from the roms folder, as well as HardSPL. If you need to learn how to use the stuff, there is a very helpful search button at the top of your screen....

Yes I hit that thread all ready I pulled some stuff from there all ready. (htc music player and flash lite 2.0 that is the style of download that I am looking for. I just downloaded the Kaiser tweaks v0.4 that program worked wounders for fixing the screen locking up (dim) after a phone call. and activating the HSPHA has brought the "H" to my tilt for the first time since I have owned the Tilt. I wish I could do 1/3 of the stuff you guys know how to do. You take a good prouduct and make it 100% better for the user Jami j.
Hi there, Can anyone help me out.. i got the HTC TYTN II from ORANGE - UK and they have installed their own HOME PAGE which is CRAP. How do i get the original HTC Homepage Back. Any advise will be appreciated.

Same problem! Why mess with the HTC Home one and put in an Orange-branded one that's inferior?
Someone out there must know?
Goto Settings -> Personal -> Today -> Items and deactivate the Orange Item, that's it.

What I'm really looking for is the HTC Home application(?) where favourites, weather, etc. are all located. Can't find this on Orange-branded phone.
Hi dude, look in the thread titled all HTC applications, I think it is a sticky on here!
Download the cabs to you pc then put them on the phone and install them

Anyone else who was a complete noob at this like me, dont unzip and copy files to phone then look for a .cab file. just copy the zip file and run that on the phone. Took me hours to work that out.

Im fairly new to the forum and am looking for some help.
I just instaled touch 6.0 on my wing a couple days ago and the throttle launcher has an error and I don't know where to find the cabs it is recomending. They are:
'NETCFv35.Messages.EN.wm.cab' for Windows 5.0 and above (I have 6.0) or
'NETCFv35Messages.EN.cab' for other platforms. (This may sound dumb but what are platforms? Can sombody send a link with cabs and steps for install.
Also, Looking for My Faves Cab. I am trying to keep from diong a hard reset.

Unfortunately I believe you are in the wrong forum as the Wings does not have a touch screen.

Not been here for a while. I had an old XDAII Himi and came here to flash the rom etc and use it as a TomTom / IGO.
My mate is about to upgrade his Kaiser for something better so I'm getting it cheapo. Its an MDA so I assume it will be locked to T-Mobile. So the first task will be to unlock it so I can put my orange sim in it.
So what I'm looking for in advance is like a hitlist of things I need to do to turn a std T-Mobile Vario3 into a nice jazzy up-to-date unit.
Please give me some pointers / recommendations.

EG the most popular rom and applications
Once you've hardspl'd (etc) your phone look at some of Dutty's 6.1 roms, they are usually a gd start. HTCcuustomiser is a usefull bit of kit for changing some of the icons etc of the phone.
After that its just a matter of trawling the forums for .cab files that look usefull.
Im a fellow newb thou, so you'll have 2 look them up yourself, im still learning the ropes myself!

ummm...and what makes you think that this is the correct forum section for posting about the fuze? see the top-most bar on this page...see the place on the top-left where it says "xda-developers > Kaiser > Kaiser general"?
use that same bar to navigate to the "ROM Development Section" of the relevant forum section for the fuze (also known as the "Raphael")!

Are you really trying to put a Kaiser rom on your Fuze ? After you brick your Fuze, can I have it. ?

I have the Energy Rom 3.0 and I must say I have only found 1 bug (the contacts display on the dialer screws up when u scroll. Bust that is THE rom to flash if you want stability, speed and reliability. I really dont have anyother to recommend, Ive never had the need to replace my rom. I hope this helps. and...if your looking a Rom for the kaiser and accidentally called it fuze..man im having trouble finding a good rom for the kaiser with 6.5 myself, They told me that PDA Corner Ultimate-X2.V10 was a good one. So there you go.
