I read a lot of posts and some people are members,some junior,some senior. What separates these groups?
The number of posts that you've made. If I remember correctly, you become a senior member at 100 posts.

But to actually help you, you'll need to make a Crafting bench (4 wood) and press the second tab on the left once you've opened the Crafting Bench.
Scroll down til you find the iron pickaxe and tap on the recipe on the far right.
