HTC ROM not closing apps?

FIXED: Sorry ... my noobish self didn't set the "End programs by Tapping 'X'" option in task manager and I haven't figured out how to delete my post, yet!
Finally gave up on Palm and switched to the Tilt(HTC ROM). I'm just getting used to a Windows Mobile device.
Before I get flamed, I did a LOT of reading and haven't come across this, yet, so I'm posting:
Tupisdin very nicely provided the SIM Unlock code. I used HardSPL for the SID unlock and I flashed the shipped HTC ROM earlier this evening without bricking the phone (whew!).
But now my OS doesn't seem to want to close my applications. Java, Google Maps, SMS/MMS and even the File Explorer don't seem to close when I click on the "X". They seem to stay open in the oh so convenient Task Manager drop down in the upper-right corner of the Today screen. And I have to close it from there.
I've tried soft resets but to no avail. Is there something I'm missing?

Camera script

Good morning! I was wondering if someone knew where I could find the Advanced config .xml script for changing the camera? I have Schapps newest config, but there is nothing listed as far as changing the delay in seconds from when you push the button to taking the picture. I remember seeing it in someone's ROM, but I was just looking for that particular script. Thanks in advance for all the help!

Schaps Advanced Config has included this for a long time.
And so does Kaiser Tweak.
Just hit the search button and you are ready to go o.o

Open Kaiser Tweak.
Get to Camera section of tweaks and there you can read "Set Capture Delay" ._.
Open Advanced Config.
Same thing in there ._.
You`ve installed KT or AC on your phone ofc ? and latest versions ?

Obviously you have something additional installed. As I stated previously, I have Schaps, not Kaiser and in the Camera section, there are only 2 options, observe:

also, after you download the cab you may want to read the whole thread before you install it on your kaiser

yup unlees its been changed it could lead to a hard reset!!! from what I read i've not tried it myself!!!

I can get the plugin to enable without freezing under the new hyperdragon rom, but nothing but a different background seems to show up, and in the 'today' settings it is called Titanium i believe. So nothing useable yet. Just wait a bit

Looking forward too didn't realize they used the chome config icons

The HTC Home works on PDA Corners Ulimate rom V17...but you can only scrolll using the hardware buttons. I stuck with the manila 2d that was cooked in. Super fast.

Well it will be nice when someone gets this working correctly. What ever happened to that web interface? Has that been leaked and cabbed yet?

I have a big problem with my Taskbar on my Touch Pro.

How you can see in the top right, the are two icons missing.
The sound-icon and the battery-icon.
How this could happen:
I started the Emulator "scummvm" to play "the day of the tentacle". Everything was fine. But after I closed the Emulator and started it again there come an error:"error in config Line 4" or something like that. I couldn't close the error so I did a soft reset. After the reset there was this taskbar-bug. It's also in landscapemode. I also did another soft reset and started and closed other programs but nothing had change anything.
I don't want to do a hard reset so I hope you could help me. Thanks =)

Do this:
Install the attatched cab and set 5.Title Bar>5.1 Battery icon to "Show (Default)"

Didn't work
I've installed and launched tweek how you said, but it didn't work.
The option 5.1 was allready on default, so i switched to hide and again to default, but this also didn't work...
It seems like I have to make a hard reset :'(
If anyone knows something, please tellme...

Yes and no
I didn't install the game. It was just an .exe.
But I allready deleted the files from this programm.

I also think that the icons are still there, but they are moved to the right.
And when I click on the black "whole" left from the taskmanager, the soundsettings are displayed.
It seems like the whole taskbar was moved to the right...

Does someone maybe have a programm to reset the Taskbar?
Like a restart only for the taskbar xD

could anyone plz point out where to get Chome?

I'v been searching like a mad man, trying to find a cab or any other sort of installation to implement Chome afterwords on my x2 ultimate build 6.5 V11.
it is supposed to be cooked in the rom but I'v flashed reflashed, restored and re-configured, somehow it just wont appear on my tools nor my today screen.
I really like the Chome today screen, with all its features, but untill now I am unable to find a way to implement it on my phone.
is there a way? and if yes, could somebody plz direct me to the correct place to get it?

Chome is the Windows Default in 6.5. Maybe you have Touchflo (Manila) enabled on your ROM? Just go to Settings/Today/Items and just tick Windows Default.

now on a bright moment, just a few minutes ago, reading your comment about the windows default which I have running, is it titanium that brings me the userinterface from the last picture?

Ask in your ROM thread about the settings. Titanium is just another name for CHome. Titanium Weather will have its own configuration somewhere.
