You could probably take phone alarm for the top section - there are already similar skins available.
Maybe take rltoday or samsung clock for the center section. And a weather app for the bottom section.
Or you could probably use Wisbar Advance desktop and piece something together as well.

I came across this screen shot, and was wondering if this is how the dialer looks on the HTC rom? If so is it available and will it work on the ATT Tilt?
Right now im using the reTOUCHED_Dialer2 and ive downloaded Dialer_Touch_3G but heard of ppl having trouble with ATT rom.

Don't know, it came standard with it.
To me, that looks like a video call and would not be possible on the Tilt because it lacks a front facing camera. I initially had some troubles with the dialpad in the sticky section of the cabs, but after installing the "EquinoXe Wizard reTouched" dialer, I've had no problems. Also, there may be another way to do it, but by installing the Spb Black47 Unitheme from the Club Spb site, I even have gotten rid of the remaining blue AT&T background in the upper left hand section above the keypad.
I have the dialer installed but how can I get the Spb Black47 Unitheme to remove the ATT branding?

get the uninstallable versions. or mod the cab yourself.
Damn! I just installed this on my HTC Universal and it works great!!
The zooming in by double tapping and then dragging the screen to the direction you want and then auto adjusting of the text. It just works perfect!!
If i have the touchflo 3d on my device....then why even bother buying the Diamond

Is this worth the $1.99. How customizable is this program?
There is a free version as well. The only difference between the free and paid is that the paid version has the function of downloading skins and unlock sounds directly from the app.
You can try it out to see if it is customisable enough for you.
lock2.wordpress.com is the official site. they always posting up new themes/skins. the app isnt worth it in my opinion, its buggy and uses a lot of resources. plus it isnt a real security program. more about the looks if thats what u want.

Also there is rotate unlock.
Problem I have with both these apps that airplane mode doesn`t work anymore. It disables the standard lock, which also ensures you can enter your pin..
The slide unlock looks pretty good and reacts quite fast.
The rotate unlock is something else, but it works quite well. But using it I cannot drag down my status bar and the search button stop working.
So I am still looking for something that doesn`t cripple the phone while looking good .

I agree that PhatNotes is a good product. I use it. Microsoft has a similar product now, OneNote, that will sync with WM phone. Either is probably better than Outlook Notes.

i used this a while ago and uses animated icons as well as being able to see motorway cams on ur X1 to check for traffic problems
