Changing Softkey Text Color?? - Wing, P4350 Herald Upgrading

CHANGING SOFTKEY TEXT COLOR??.... is this possible? ive searched the forums millions of times looking for a app or a tweak but cant find one. i just want to change my softkey text from black to white

Search harder, "millions of times" is not enough
Kidding aside, look for uitweaker, sktools, tweaks2k2, etc... just to name a few.

Hi,
I know there are many Manila tweakers around,
but How to change TF3D Font & Color.
I use a pesonal Photo as background and have white font over white pic background.
Please don't tell me to change the pic
posted in the wrong forum and you didnt search there's a thread about this in the Themes + Applications forum which shows you exactly how to do this
Dear Mr. Teacher, I searched, but I got 100s of hits.
I searched again in Diamoind T&A, as suggested. Still 4 pages.
In particular
Controlling the fonts of the TODAY screen : No solution
TF3D Config 0.6.7 in use, but No solution
APP][MULTILANG][10-11-2008] DiamondTweak 0.5.3: Tweak it easy !, No Solution
...and so on.
Could you please share a little of your wisdom and actually point me to the right thread, which you seem to know?

Help for Touch Flo, htc Diamond

Good evening to all.
I own a htc diamond and I can't find a solution to my problem.
On the home page of the background is white .. As in: persons, messages, correspondence.... (To all units of the Touch Flo)
How can i change this white background and put another color?
When i change the theme (Start, Settings, Today) colors above and below the display changes (depending on the themes) while the average white remain.
When you disable the Touch flo (Start, Settings, Today, Elements) the theme looks ok but I do not have the scrollbar (the Touch Flo).
Is there a solution to my problem or is it something so simple that I have discover yet.
Sorry if you bore but anyone I've asked i didn't take any answers.
Thanks for listening my problem and sorry for my Englisl..
Wallpaper...
What you're refering to is the Manila (TouchFlo) wallpaper. You can change this by scrolling to your 'Settings' tab and tapping 'Wallpaper'. This will only change the background on the 'Home' tab though (where your big clock is). There is a application available in this forum which allows you to change the background of all the tabs, but I can't remember where I saw it.
Search the 'Themes, Applications and Software' forum and you'll find it in there.... unless some other helpful forum user knows off the top of their head what the application is called and where it's located. Search first though!!
Thanks a lot for your time grahamkdt
I'll search the other forums and who knows....maybe i am luck.
Thans again..

Looking for a pinpad with white buttons

I´ve been searching for this a long time already but can´t seem to find it, a pinpad with white buttons.
With pinpad I mean the pad where you enter your pin code, so I´m not talking about a phone canvas. I can find plenty of fancy phone canvases but no pinpad with white buttons.
Attached the default pinpad, the one I would like to replace.
Any ideas anyone ? Thanks in advance.
I dont think I have seen one with white buttons. Although, I dont think it will be that big deal to play with photoshop and make one...

Imagine the same which would just be to reverse black to white and then if anything like the normal dial pad just a simple REG to turn text from white to black.
in dll
I thought the pinpad was in phcanoverbmp.dll In the Windows folder I can find the dialer images but no pinpad images so since I´m no cook I don´t think I can change it.
Yup I know there is a reg tweak to change the letters to white or black. I am sure stylez knows more about that..
Dial pad images should be in Windows folder. I have attached the images for the dialer u showed in the pic here.

You have too much faith, i know where the Opal Dialer holds it's REG but never even thought about the Pin Pad
This has the pin pad may be worth downloading to see the files.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=441829
The .cab has REG entrys under HKLM\Security\Phone\Skin\Dialer\Landscape & Portrait may be worth looking @ what you have already?
I'll look more tom when got some free time

Question on howto improve Android homescreen text

Hi guys,
Does anyone know if it's possible to some how change the text on the home screens?
For example, instead of the text with the ugly black round border thing around it, would it be possible to say have the text with a drop shadow instead?
Also a way to change the font too
curious
did you find anything? I just thought of the same, wat if ...
That gray text background thing annoys me as wel.
How about extreme (oposite) contrast like with the (optional) windows mouse pointer so that if, for instance the background is black the text will be white and vice versa.
please let me know if you've found something. I'd hate to just open a thread for nothing
there might be some reg edits or tweaks, ill look around and let u know!
Did you find something yet ?
Sent from my HTC Desire using XDA App
Try searching "Font Changer"
I think you'll find what you're looking for.

[Q]background color in root explorer

hello everyone, sorry for my poor English
I have themed my own phone looks like a Nexus s
mostly every background is black and text is white, except
in root explorer ,when i press menu, the popup is white background and text is white too......then press more .again white background with white text
what can I do....
I hate to bring this old thread up again. But, does anyone have an answer?
It seems that the menu background for some common applications like "Root Explorer" or "Droid Analytics" does not change properly with the theme. Instead, it shows a white menu with white text.
My entire device is completely Gingerbread themed based off of the stock framework-res. But, these menus are totally messed up. White text on white menus. Should be white text on black transparent menus.
I might be way off: But have you guys tried changing the color in the .XML file/s?

I changed the colors for menus within framework-res.apk res/values/styles.xml. All other menus system-wide work fine. Every other application menu works fine.
Which XML are you thinking about?

I was thinking maybe changing color codes in Root Explorer's XML might help. But I don't know.

Oh yeah I thought about that. But, since I'm creating this theme for a ROM used by hundreds of people, I'd rather not have to theme these external applications.
Someone's got to know the answer to this problem!
