Adjusting the scroll bar on today screen?

I have the HTC Home screen. I have all my displays set up to fit the screen perfect. The problem I have is at the bottom I have my calender and it displays my up coming appointment all in a single line. When my next appointment is close its displayed on a second causing a scroll bar to appear on the screen running from the top to the bottom. With this it screws up my home screen appearance. Is there a way to create a small scroll bar just below the HTC Home screen? I noticed on home screen display, a lot of you guys have it this way. How do you get it?
Also is there a way to show only one up-coming appointment only, then the next after it has pasted?? I have the stock calender that came with my tilt.

Slighty off Topic, you could try an app called Today Agenda, that lets you fix the size of the calender display, alter font sizes, headers, etc, etc.

Thanks, but my fonts are small enough. Just looking for something to correct the scroll bar length or to just display one appointment at a time.

Figured it out, just lock the home screen through the customizer app. under home options.

Diary events on home screen

Sorry to ask a question that is possibly in the manual I haven't been able to access yet (disc is at home, I and phone are at work) .. but, is it possible to show more than just the next appointment in the diary on the scroll down diary entry from the home screen??
EDIT: also, is anyone else finding that the screen goes blank during a call so you can't then access the buttons on-screen without having to switch the device back to life??

The screen going off during the call is a feature. Stops your ear from setting other programs off during the call!
There should be a setting in the today screen that allows more diary events....can't tell exactly where (I don't have mine yet).

Does swiping upwards in the today screen help? This changes the big clock to a small clock with more information below it.

Question for Diamond owners: show two or more appointments in home tab?

I have a Touch Cruise with a customized Manila2D ROM. I have played a little with a Diamond, and IMHO Manila2D and TouchFLO 3D are very similar, except for some fancy animations that TouchFLO has and Manila2D don't.
However, Manila2D has a weak point to me: in home tab, I can see only one appointment per time. That is, I can see my next appointment, but can't see my next two appointments. And if I have an all-day appointment (e.g. my girlfriend's birthday), I don't see any other appointments in that day.
I've noticed that in home tab, Diamond has a small arrow just below the appointment and call log. Different than Manila2D, I can swipe up my finger in home tab, so the clock has its size reduced, appointment an call log goes up in the screen and there is more free space below them.
The question is: when I do this swipe, if I have two appointments in that day, I will be able to see both? Or I will still see only the next one?
I don't know if this feature is ROM-dependant. When I was playing around with a Diamond, I did the following test:
- Adjust the clock to 09:00 AM;
- Create an "A" appointment at 10:00 AM on the same date;
- Create an "B" appointment at 12:00 PM on the same date;
When I did that, in home tab I could see "A" appointment (the next one). When I swiped up, I was expecting to see "A" and "B" appointment, but still could see only "A".
This test was done in a brazilian Touch Diamond, vanilla ROM, but there are some people who said that both appointments could be seen. I don't know what ROM were they using.
If more than one appointment can be seen, can someone post a print screen here?

Unfortunately, I still don't have a Diamond, but I'm planning to get one.

But if i have TouchFLO 3D activated??? I have this issue too with TF3D

Can I add extra things to the home screen?

I could add extra things to the MS Today screen, can I do the same for the Flo3D home screen? All I have is Call History and Calendar, can't I change this? I only seem to be able to change the tabs at the bottom a bit.

Has anyone found a way to insert other things (links,icons...) to the home screen? Or to take away the calendar/call history links?

Just turn off TF3D, it's a completely useless memory, battery and resource hog anyway. Then put TodayAgenda on your Today screen, it's the best thing since sliced bread. :O)

Look for Manilla Today Page. It adds another tab to TF3D which functions as a virtual Today screen. This gives you all the beauty of TF3D plus alot of the Today screen functionality.
Sadly it doesn't support all Today screen plugins (I miss PocketPlus desperately), but it is an excellent 'best of both worlds' solution.
The other way is to try SecondTodayScreen. This does as it says and gives you a second Today screen so you can have TF3D running and still access another Today screen with all your plugins on it.

How to display day on TouchFLO Home screen?

Hi,
Is it possible to display the day information along with the date that is displayed in the TouchFLO Home screen?
In the attached photo, I have marked the region with a red rectangle. Would like to know is it possible to display the day as well in that place. Any registry tweaks or anything ???
