Does anyone know if there is a way to add the short by unread e-mails on Outlook Mobile? I have tried on the Registry but had not found. Today it is only possible to short by message type, Revived Date, Subject and Sender name. In my opinion this is the best way to filter. Regards.

Hi all,
quick question today.
On my HTC Home & SPB Phone Suite, it says that I have 1 unread mail, no unread SMS and no missed calls.
The problem is, everything has been read, there are no unread emails. To complicate matters, even if I get new mail and SMS it still says, 1 unread email.
I am however able to identify what is read and what is unread in the messaging client.
Perhaps there is a way for me to reset the count in the device database or something of that nature?
Looking forward to some advice.
Thanks in advance.
I've searched and it doesn't look like Outlook has this natively, but maybe there is a 3rd party add-on? It would be totally awesome to have message rules for SMS/MMS messages.
Also, when composing a new message, being able to select more than one recipient at a time rather than selecting one at a time.
So yeah, anyone know of anything?
Hello, I'm a newbie here. I have a ATT Tilt. I love the phone. However I hate the threaded messages. Whenever I receive a new text, the message contents are displayed on the screen. Some of my messages are private, and if some is using my phone or I am showing someone something, they can read my message. Is there anyway to remove this?
Please help
Thanks
threaded? - that's not threaded, threaded sms is where multiple sms messages are grouped together. What you are talking about is just a notification. Go into sound settings and turn off the "display message on screen" for New SMS messages
Thanks!
... so how exactly does threaded sms work

I guess the easiest comparison would be "gmail". Have you ever seen how gmail displays email messages? It basically threads all related messages together. Since text messages don't really keep a history of the current conversation, threaded text messages allow the user to see the history of the conversation all threaded together. Take a look a gmail account and it will make total sense. The Palm devices that run WM had a thread sms application but regular WM devices lilke the Tilt don't have it by default.
I was just thinking of that. So its similar to Gmail conversations... Is it based on Ajax technology as well?......Is it auto enabled, or do I have to enable it?
Hi,
I just flashed another ROM onto my device, and restored the call history and SMS message box with PPCPimBackup. Ever since, the mail count (not the SMS count, the mail count) in my Touch Flow 3D interface says I have one unread message.
I defined no mailboxes yet, and it still says one unread message. If I define mailboxes and send myself email, I have 2 unread messages instead of the actual 1 unread message.
Is there a way to reset the unread mail count in the Touch Flow 3D interface?
Thanx
I had this. Only way was to delete the email account and readd it.
I tried this, but that did not work (even crashed Manilla ).
However, when deleting the mail account, it switched to my Outlook mail account which I don't use. But right there, there was this "Welcome to Pocket PC Outlook!" message. That was the message showing up as unread!
So thank you for the tip, it indirectly lead me to the solution
TMOBILE quote
"Alerts are text messages that contain only the e-mail header information. Each alert is billed as a text message.
If your phone has the My E-mail Triggers feature, you can set up the alerts to silently trigger the retrieval of new e-mail messages into your phone's e-mail Inbox. You will not be charged for these "Trigger Alerts" and they will not appear in your SMS Inbox. Click here to see a list of phones that have the My E-mail Triggers feature."
In the list of phones the MDA is listed which I believe is the 8525. Is there anyway to make my tilt compatible? I have searched here for hours so don't tell me to search please. I am currently running PDACornerUltimate V18 ROM.
