I have a Toshiba e330 PPC 2002 in English, and i want to change or upgrade my system.

My Name is Sameer. I am From Singapore. I recently purchased Sharp HC-4500 on ebay from Germany. The PDA is in German Languange using Windows CE OS. Since I cannot understand German, I need to change to English Language. I asked seller if he can help but he told me we need to install Language ROM pack for windows CE to change from German to English. Can anyone help me where can I find such kind of ROM for windows CE platform for Sharp PDA model HC-4500..? Looking forward to your reply soon.
