I'd like to downgrade my IS s710e from 2.12.981.2 to 1.37.708.2 but I don't know how I have to do?
I have1files:RUU_Vivo_hTC_Asia_HK_CHT_1.37.708.2_Radio_Radio_20.23.30.0802U_38.02.01.11_M_release_174292_signed.exe

nothing, you're practically stuck at 2.3.3 until the developer or someone finds an exploit for the nand lock, OR you s-off & root your phone.

xda guys don't have access to 115 filehost
and they don't know Chinese much
you could use vpn and upload the file to international one rather than 115.

Sorry I know it is an old post but I need some kind help. The links provided by the GOAPK post has already been expired and I am having a whole lot of trouble looking for it. Any tips on where to find it? Trying to determine if a phone is refurbished or not.

I have the same question as the OP. So I don't think that app provides that info any more. Is there any other method? I have tried some dialer codes(no success) and RTN-view from activities shortcut. I just get permission denied. EDIT: nevermind I found the refurbish check In the "phone INFO" app. Linked app in this thread is good. My bad.
