I'm trying to get WPA2/AES to work on my Wizard and was told the tnetwlan.dll from an AKU3.x rom would do it. Trouble is cannot find anywhere to download it from.
Can anyone help please?
OK, I found it. Was looking for tnetwlan.dll but it's actually tnetwln.dll.

I tried to register on the myqtek website but it rejected my imei saying it didnt get delivered by the brightpoint corporation, could someone who can access these roms please upload it somewhere? I would really like the latest rom.

I looked on the ftp and on the myqtek's page and if you want the newest WWE version, it is already on the ftp.

Hi everyone. I wanted to upgrade my m700 to the dopod rom to get the phonepad. How can i save the existing orange rom so that i can put it back if i need to. Or is the orange rom available for download anywhere.

i have done a bit more searching around and i cant seemed to find a dumped orange rom.
In that case should i try to dump my rom before i upgrade so at least we all have one. Have no idea how to do it though.
I would be very keen to learn how to do this too before I start modifying my phone. I have a feeling its not possible YET for the P3600 though since there is no page for it on the XDADeveloperWiki for the Trinity. Can someone confirm this?

I managed to get RapidShare to work again (not sure why it blipped!)
So I have it correctly now. I tried to upload it to the FTP but it didn't work. I was given "permission denied" errors.
I also tried the upload area too, which had the same error. Am I doing something wrong? Or is the FTP site no longer used for new uploads? Is there a different username & password needed for uploads?
I'm happy to upload if shown how, but equally, RapidShare link above is working correctly too.

Update: I tried xdaupload:[email protected] but that said "530 Login incorrect". I guess I have missed something somewhere... maybe the FTP is closed for new uploads at the moment.

i just installed this version coupple hours ago, after having 2.61
So far so good, installation went good. Sound in calls looks a little better, this is the only difference i noticed by now.

I find that it works well for T-Mobile here in South Carolina. I dont know about Canada though(judging by your carrier logo anyways;]).

2.71.11 works pretty darn good with fido... i'm having better reception than ever in my basement!

I'm having a massive power drain issue after upgrading to a WM6 ROM from here, so I need to flash back to stock before giving it another go. Unfortunately the damn HTC site no longer lists the 8125 anywhere, let alone downloads for it, so I'm kind of stuck.
Can anyone provide a link to an alternate site or something?

I appreciate it, but the links are ALL bad for stock cingular roms. htcamerica.net is no longer operating, and their new site doesn't list the 8125 or any other variant of the wizard at all.
I'm also running in to this issue. I contacted htc support for the rom and they told me to search their wiki which is worthless. And now I'm stuck at square one. I have the exe for the stock rom but its corrupted when I try to use it. The name of it is RUU_Wizard_225111_22511102_022511_CWS_WWE_Ship_1.exe just in case anyone wants to find it on their HDD.
Pulling it for you right now, bro. Give me a few minutes & I will put it on my 4Shared site.
Here, bro. Found it in some Japanese website so the Update Utility might be in Jap but obviously the ROM is in WWE (WorldWide English). Give it a shot. I'll keep looking for you if you'd like. IKf this one doesn't work, let me know.
