I'm not a ROM cook and did not try this procedure with my Kaiser yet.
But since Kaiser and Wings are very similar you guys should give it a try.
Here you go
(Credits go to jcespi2005 and JugglerLKR)
I think I've reconstructed my dumped ROM succesfully! (altough it's only a production ROM ) I have now a 77MB .nbh-file.
The very last step (from .nb to .nbh) was done with HTC Rom Tool.
Why did I have to dump part03.raw (145MB ), because it's not used afterwards

This seems to be a qtek 1.33.51 WWE Type I Rom with Radio 1.12 Type I.
The Ext rom nbf is missing
It has an extracted Ext Rom that has been cooked and with no version.cab
THIS IS A BAKED ROM
(Has different components and thus is not original)
Will however posted it please post the original ship.exe so that we can add it to wiki.
Thanks
Edit as I moved file from Uploads
Nice catch...and nice updating work on wiki by the way!
Yeah, I noticed that a few times and had no clue what it was.
Where can I get radio 1.12 upgrade for PDA2K?
Thanks

There is no Ext Rom Nbf, The extracted Ext Rom has been cooked (added cabs that are on open market but not supplied by the cariiier). The radio nbf is the converted one and not the shipped one.
Thus this rom has been baked.

Yes, this is a cooked package made for Qtek9090 sold by Dangaard.
All instructions are written in Norwegian, and all plugins such as norwegian keyboard and operator setup is cooked.
I uppgrade it whenever I find new cool stuff here on wiki.
All information about this rom uppgrade can be found on the norwegian Dangaard forum:

can you upload the original ship.exe for our wiki collection? (please that is)
Wasn't sure where to post this so I thought here was as good a place as any
Been reading around the forums for a while but first time contributing, just got myself a Trinity for personal use, been using TyTN and QTEK 9100 at work for a while now.
Vodafone HTC P3600 (VPA Compact GPS) WWE ROM just uploaded in RAW format. I'm going to have a play around extracting files from the imgfs to create a ROM image maybe, as there doesn't appear to be an official Vodafone ROM on here that I've noticed so far (be sure to correct me if I'm wrong).
Trinity WIKI Edited to add link to DumpedRoms page and to create the DumpedRoms page.
Edit: OK, so I've followed through the instructions for reconstructing an nbh file from a dumped rom and created an nbh file for Vodafone, including the original IPL and SPL and Vodafone ExtROM. Uploaded this to FTP site here if a more experience chef would be willing to examine/test this ROM I'd appreciate it. I did use OS Checker on the OS_nb file before baking it so in theory at least it should be fine. I don't have hard SPL on my Trinity yet, having just got it today I don't really want to play around with it before I know there is a safe way of returning it to Manufacturers standard (hence me experimenting with cooking this rom). Hope it works *fingers crossed*
Cheers
Craig
Again, if I've missed something in my searching please correct me, but I've just noticed that in the TomTom CD that came with my Trinity there are official HTC ROM installers for most languages of v1.23.405.2 with GPS enabled (Windows Mobile 5)
Does anyone want me to upload these to the FTP site, or are they available somewhere on the site already?
Hi CraigMC
Do you have a french version on your cd ???
If yes, i'm interested...
Thanks
i do indeed

well basically there are tools available to dump the official rom off of your device. Once you dump a rom it needs to be "reconstructed" in order for it to be flashable again to a device (you can use the kitchen to reconstruct the rom).
When you dump a rom you get a bunch of .nb files and you have to recontruct the rom using these files (i am no expert at cooking but this is the basic concept). jcespi2005, or any other cook for that matter, can shed more light on this topic if you ask them.

These files are succesfully dumped Czech ROM 1.56.479.0 (43972) and this
dump is from new shipped equipmement. This ROM is not yet available on the
officiall HTC web support.
Thanks a lot !

did you try this
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=492517
Not really a stock ROM (still needs OliNex or Soft-SPL), but reconstructed directly from my dumped files (no cooking, no XIP porting). All 3 parts of the dump
Part00.raw
Part01.raw
Part02.raw
incorporated into the OS.NB.
Tested and worked fine for me.
I have included the radio, protocol and splash from this stock rom:
RUU_BlackStone_HTC_GER_1.14.407.3_Radio_52.49a.25. 26_1.09.25.14_Ship.exe
Now you are able to restore your O2 Blackstone to the original status ...
If I have some spare time, I may write an instruction "How to reconstruct dumped ROM ...". Should somebody be interested, please post here.
Here the Rapidshare link for download:
http://rapidshare.com/files/2126174..._52.49a.25.26_1.09.25.14_Reconstruct.exe.html
P.S: with this ROM the version number will be displayed correctly
it would be nice to know

It was already explained various times here , just take a look here.
All instructions I found so far are not helpful since the O2 Germany XIP and the mini XIP are different from any other base ROM available. The issue is that all kitchen use the XIP and mini-XIP of your base ROM instead of the dumped one. Only some items are extracted out of the XIP but then compiled into IMGFS. The XIP and mini-XIP remains unchanged. That's why the ROM build is not displayed correctly with these ROMs.
I also realized that the structure of the IMGFS is different from the original one. If you use one of the rebuilt O2 ROMs available since quite some time you may easily find out that the dumped files are different. If you can do, the repair shop can do as well and they have more sophisticated tools to check the ROM.
This ROM results in exactly the original dump because I didn't touch the structure of the ROM at all. I only had to add 8 bytes to every chunk of 0x800h bytes into the dumped raw files.
XIP is XIP and doesnt't really matter where it's from. Thats why we have the whole mui story.... and anyways what is mini XIP supposed to be?
