Looked through tons of threads and applied a few of the tweaks that I've found (including the GLYPH and other cache mechanisms) so ....
I've come from the Glofiish X500 world and, overall, am very impressed with the performance and features of the TyTN II (WWE, received 3 days ago). However, one thing that is nagging me a little is that the screen seems slower (less smooth, slightly jerky?) than the Glofiish when used for rapid graphics such as games.
I haven't seen any specific CAB's / patches to help with this but wondered if it was partly due to the TouchFlo elements. If the device is continually polling for this, it would generally slow things down, no? On the assumption that I may be right, is there a way of disabling TouchFlo via the registry?
Obviously, any other ideas welcome...

You'll find the video performance is a well documented issue with the Kaiser.
You'll find a sticky at the top of this forum about a petition.
I suggest you read over some of the thread and sign said petition in my signature.

Why did u Join XDa-Dev. I Joined Xda-Dev because i needed help with my imate sp3 it was water damaged i forgot it my trouser and my mother put them in da washing machine anyway i never got it fixed but since then i vist this site everyday. if xda-Dev did not exist i think windows mobile devices will be like a day without sunlight thats why i vist this site at least once or twice a day n datz my reason for joining and staying on xda-Dev

Well...I was googling for ways to make my Samsung i760 better, when I had it of course, and stumbled acrossed another forum that discussed the top apps to have on a PPC. S2U2 was on the list, alot, I then came here and couldn't leave!! So, thanks A_C!!
I was a motorola modder from way back, and I wont settle for "stock" when it comes to my phones... I got an S620 and needed to mod it.
Honestly, I don't even remember.
i came searching here when i was upgrading my Hima and the power to my laptop suddenly stoped..it stucked in Bootloader for about 3 months..then i found the solution ( which was veryyyy simple )..and now..i cant move my self from the monitor and xda

because there were good, wise people here mostly, and good rare soft... been a days..
now it is one big mess + some good info.
just almost ordinary phone/ihpone/trendy diamond forum.
this place lacks subforums for EVERY os-modable PPc/pppc devices.
htc, htc, where are subfora's for devices like hp4700(and other ones), asus, etc....
maybe it is time to think wider?
I was looking for some software and google brought me here.....since then, I almost daily visit this site and enjoy reading rather than writing.....

thats how i joined and then i left it for a while. came back, got into upgrading roms and then rom development.
all off my things i have posted here(stuff in my sig) is because of A_C
oh and because i knew i was getting a wing for christmas so i had to pack my sd card with apps.
I joined for the huge amount of content already on here and the large number of very knowledgeable people able to help me with my problems.
I joined because i just bought a Kaiser and wanted the best site for info about it, and what it can do ect
well, i was searching the internet for new interfaces for my P4350 phone, when i found this site.
Now, i'm reading the forums every day, looking for new developments, themes, etc
I really like the site, and the people who develop / modify software are really doing good work.

My ppc was bloated & ran like cr#p with the OE official rom. So, I discovered this site has some great chefs prepairing excellent rom menu's in the kitchen!
Now my ppc is lean & mean!
i dont remember perfectly...but i think i just found the forum one day, registered, and thought to myself "I may use this later" and then i never went on for a long time, then finally there was wm6 being developed for the sp5, so i started going on. Since then ive stayed around now that i knew this forum was for developing and hacking.
a long time ago.. i was looking for something new... then i saw something new.. Windows mobile 6 Beta releases?... ohh. i should find them.. and Bingo.. i found here a ROM of WM6.. i decided to flash it.. but holy crap.. i f**cked up my wizard.. i was really sad.. and.. then.. i started to find how to fix it.. ..
since then im a member in xda-dev..
with my wizard...
my universal..
and now my kaiser..

hello all you great developers out there. i spent hours turning pages after pages of endless information and endless searches. what i am suggesting is i think simple but may be to much can some one make a thread specifically for just the at&t tilt i know there many names around the world for the tilt but i have tried many programs and end up on the more confused that eccentric side. well just my two cents, thanks for all the great info.
Check out the Wiki, you'll find a link to a Thread for tilt specific issues.
As for software, anything that works on the other Kaiser models is fine for the tilt.
It's not listed in the parent directory.

I agree, somewhat pointless but not totally. A link to ppcgeeks diamond forum rather than a link here and another one on ppcgeeks diamond gsm forum linking here would benefit more users I would figure, but then I don't have any issues w/either sites that I know of and disagreements between mods etc .. who knows

Where the heck are all the CDMA ROMS? I dont see many at all...
my kaiser was working fine..but 2 days ago it started showing "no sim" after 15 mins again nd again nd then i hav 2 reset it...and no it doesnot recognizing the sim aur memory card slot sometimes work and sometimes not and same is the case with the sim slot...i hav flashed the original rom and radio but stil the pronlem is there...wat might be the problem?????...nowadays here the the temperature is 40 to 45 degree celsius..the heat and sweat could be the reason that have caused this problem???..

did you search for this problem? its a common problem and you will find many threads about it. i personally had this problem myself.
search search search! if nothing comes up, browse the latest 4-5 pages of the kaiser general forum and you will find your answer.
in case you find nothing, i will personally reply to this thread in 48 hours. maybe someone else might even save you the time by just telling you what the problem is...i will also tell you the problem, but only after 48 hours so you can practice searching a bit

aah there in is the key to my point. this is a forum. this is not a "please help me" website.
just like you, i also do not have time for a detailed post about your problem right now.
all you have to do is search. computers are faster than us and you will get results without having to wait for another human member to spoon feed the information to you. if it doesn't show up in search, i guarantee that the threads containing information useful for your problem are in the first 4-5 pages of the kaiser general forum.

here you go...i found the thread EXACTLY on page 5 of the general forum just like i said.
it took me 3 minutes to find it and i found a couple more threads like it in that same period of time WITHOUT using search. i just browsed through ONLY the first 5 pages and just read all the titles of all the threads.
searching on google with the following keywords also gives the SAME thread as the FIRST result! "kaiser sim not detecting"
go ahead, try the search keywords...don't be afraid enter the keywords in google and click "I'm feeling lucky". that is a magical button in this case!
