then download the the dropbox app on your mobile
with that app upload the rom to dropbox
then share the link here in a thread
make an account on 4shared.com or any site on which you upload the rom...don't upload on mediafire..because mediafire is down..

It's strange that you can make a ROM (I think it's not easy to make one), but can't upload it...
just use mediafire. It's best for everyone.

Of course you can do it by yourself. Others do that too. Just search for tutorial, play around a bit.

Then ask for help on specific things. Search the forums, there are millions of tutorials. Your rom won't get anywhere if you don't start before you have a team.
