I just got mine Kaiser today but since i bought it in China so its in chinese but i can't find the language setting in the phone so i was wondering if there's a way to change the language in the phone thank you
i don't think you can change the language like this,
must must install another ROM.
how do we find this "ROM" and if you can please tell me how to install it

Well, to change the interface to English, you'll have to flash the WWE(English) ROM. Keeping East Asian language support depends on what kind of support you need. If you just need to view East Asian languages, you would need to put the appropriate font on the device. If you need to input Chinese/Japanese/Korean also, you would need to install the appropriate IME and SIPs. Since you haven't specified which East Asian language you need, I can't help any further.
excellent, in that case i might just copy all the files i need from the TW rom and add them back after flashing the UK Rom. I need chinese input too so what files do i need to make copy of?
Unfortunately, I don't know too much about getting chinese to work since I don't know chinese. You probably don't even need to copy the files from the TW ROM. Just search for "Chinese Input" on these forums, and I'm pretty sure you'll find threads dedicated to finding the complete solution that you need.

What exactly are you looking for? to change the whole language and interface of ur phone to french or only read/write xT9 French? what ROM u have? did u check under Settings > Regional Settings, if the phone was bought from within europe and original ROM, you will see "Français" in the languages and typing is already built in.
If your just looking for a French eT9/xT9 I included a cab for it.

You can change the language of your Blackstone by flashing a ROM supporting that language. Here is how to do it:

If you choose an WWE (=english) ROM you can change the language of Manila (= the HTC GUI) by changing an Registry key. In this case Windows Mobile remains in english.

If can add the Chinese support, then it's much more perfect for us, otherwise, it is still ok, hence we can install the related CAB to solve, so, not a problem...
Chinese is always available in regional options.
What exactly do you want? a ROM which is able to display Chinese characters? or a ROM with Chinese interface?
P.S. Write it in English according to forum rules, but you could provide the message in Chinese as well. Some of us here can read
If you want to select China/Taiwan/Hong Kong region in WWE rom,
try vivi_regional.cab, it helps.

Really it's not working! Funny, I thought this is the way, although I've never used it. I have only 3 contacts in cyrilic and they are at bottom of the list so it is not hard to find them.
