But since i cant manage my wifi connections it connects to data, and i dont have a data plan so that sucks...

Hmm, we got a few choices
Match up registry to see if its registry related
Reflash a new rom
Use a 3rd party wifi manager
heres my registries for everything i can find wireless related

Not sure but i think you can go into your Connections setting and then to manage exsiting connections under My ISP and delete the name.

Here is the .cab, works well on my phone to block non wifi data connections
KaiserTweak can be used to disable data connections.
Set Enable: MEdia Net and Enable: AT&T ISP GPRS to Disabled.

[Q] Dissolving phone image for app icon

Has anyone got a suitable image (64x64, 60x60, 45x45, 36x36 .png file) of a dissolving phone or anything else that would make a good application icon for a Windows Mobile app? I'm still thinking of a name for this app ('I can hear you now', 'Fringe Service', 'From the Edge', for example) and its basically a phone status/alert system for monitoring your connection to your cell provider (I use it when I'm out in the mountains as it lets me know when my phone has a connection etc).
Thanks
Blake
I'm on a bit of a timeline here as Microsoft is not accepting anymore Windows Mobile app on their app store after July 14th
I should include a screen shot so people can get a further idea as to what the app is. The top of the app is connection information / type icons and the bottom is a strength meter / search animation. It does log GPS positions of the various events and vibrate/sound/notifications are configurable.

Small tweak to turn off WiFi when Bluetooth gets connected

Hi all,
I have this setup for a long time. In the morning when I'm usually getting into my car BT turns on and automatically connects.
What I need is when it connects to turn off WiFi because I'm leaving the house. I've tried all kinds suggestions I found online but neither one works
What am I missing?

I don't have tasker installed right now, but you need to create a profile that looks for state of your car bt connecting. Then create a task to changes network setting on wifi to off triggered by that profile.

Thank you!
Creating new profile that looks for state solved my issue. Does anyone knows why %BTConnected = 1 as a task did not work?
It should turn off WiFi when it connects to the car BT.

Your Phone companion app

Hi there, my pc does not come with bluetooth, so I bought a usb adapter. I'm trying to have my phone connected to it over bluetooth for audio to use in the Your Phone app on windows 10, so I can take calls on my pc instead of my phone if I want to. However, I'm having trouble getting the app to recognize my phone's bluetooth connection. I get this screen:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
However, I also have this:
I'm just spinning my head around in circles trying to figure this out, and yes, I've already done all the google troubleshooting options, battery optimization, restarting, resetting, re-pairing, clearing cache, etc. It's none of those issues. I would just absolutely love if someone could figures this out for me.
Check Event Viewer for error messages.
Maybe a Windows driver issue.
Reboot always reboot...
Make sure you have "Focus Assist" turned OFF in Windows settings. If it's set to Priority or Alarms Only, then the "Calls" section of the app WILL NOT work. Ask me how I know.. I fought this problem for WEEKS
