my screen are not functioning!!!

i am not able to use my screen anymore and then i continue to ;
1) clear storage with keyboard support of 1,2,3,4
2) succeeded to restore
3) the problem now is stuck at the beginning of setup, but i cannot do anything becoz the screen not able to use anymore!!
plz help, what i'm goin to do now is download 1 of the rom and try to reflash see how.
any other method someone plz advise

Touch screen not functioning or no picture due to screen itself not functioning? Anything specific happen that might have caused this? Still under warranty?

the touch screen not functioning at all. i didnt do anything thing before that.it just happen all i did to clear the storage and try to flash with some other roms but not successful.
no more warranty.

i still not able to install the HARDSPL and SUPERCID

I've never heard of a ROM negatively impacting the touchscreen - so I'd be somewhat surprised if it fixed it. However, anything is worth the effort.
FYI - you don't need to SuperCID. Just HardSPL. Or try to JumpSPL it. Check for the thread on White Screen Issue during HardSPL in Upgrading section.
If it's still not under warranty and needs to be fixed - PPCTechs replaces the LCD and touchscreen in one unit. $160, I believe. Good luck.

i cant even go into the windows screen i cant do the jumpspl either.

i just update my xperia 1 software from 6.1 upgrade to 6.5, but now i stuck in a "align screen " this part is this how should i get rip of this?

Try to hard reset your X1 as this:
1. turn off the phone
2. Hold both right and left buttons (the ones right under the screen)
3. press power button, while still holding the others

take out your memory card
ask in the thread of the specific rom...

now the problem is solve but other problem occur my touch screen is totally is not function at all , OMG is it means i have to send my unit to the store?

how to flash HTC HD7

HI Everyone!
I have HTC HD7 and I want install custom rom on it: RUU_Schubert_TMOUS_1.18.531.01_Radio_5.51.09.11a_2 2.31.50.09_Signed_SCHUBERT_RELEASE.
My computer running Windows 7(64 bit). Can somebody give me detail instruction how I can do that installation?

I just can't install active sync on my computer...

Active sync don't work with wp7
turn off your HD7
press and hold "Volume Down" button
press "power button" and your device will go in bootloader mode
now you can flash rom

Just remember one more thing, you can't install a custom rom since we dont have any HSPL for HD7 yet.
You can however, update to an official ROM that fits your phone's region ID

Please note that if your machine shows "security unlock" on bootloader mode, then you can flash any room. If not, only option is to use a Y cable and goldcard.

hi how do i decode htc hd7 whose password has been tried several times

After replacing an sd card, my htc hd7 can't hard reset, what can i do plz help.?

Note 5: bad firmware/OS - can't get around it

I'm working on a Galaxy Note 5 that I am trying to reset the firmware on. Someone's installed a custom build (that's verified in the "about phone" details) and it co-opts the volume down button boot sequence, so I can't get into download or safe mode. I've attached a screenshot. Has anyone seen this before and how to I purge this thing?

Ok, let's hope this works as a link to the image:
This happens with the power-volume down and power-volume down-home sequences, so I can't get it into safe mode. Someone's definitely put a custom image on, but I'm not sure how to clean it/replace it.
The power-volume up sequence works fine, but since this is a custom image, it won't get cleaned off by wiping the cache and/or factory reset.

Apparently, since I'm a newbie here, I can't post external links, which makes the forced external URLs for images a little useless to me right now...

Can't you just power off, boot into download mode and Odin a stock firmware, then re-root after?

That's the thing - whoever did this co-opted the sequence to boot into download mode - power + volume-down/power + volume-down + home. I did find a way to do it without needing to go into boot mode, but I can't post the link here because I'm a newbie! That should solve my problem - I'm just setting it up on Linux and I'll keep people posted on the solution.
What's happened is that someone's basically done a custom firmware/kernel combo that makes it impossible to get into download mode, so you have to totally backdoor it. When I get it working and verify it, I'll post the solution here.

Hello, i have a galaxy a40, first unlocked BL, then tried to flash TWRP via ODIN in DL mode, and now the phone is lock on "downloading screen" even if I restart.... (not possible de power off...)
Any one would have a solution please ?

absolutely nothing.... I have tried to recharge the phone, but still booting on DL screen....
The only solution I see : go back on last stock firmware via odin.
I will try this week.

If you're unable to reboot the phone, this won't help you. Have you tried holding down the power button until the phone does something?

nothing with long press on power....
here is the screen appearing 1 second at boot before being stuck on DL screen:

You don't have the official firmware, you need to flash the official.
