Anyone got this to work with the Kaiser? I have a T-Mobile UK Vario III with stock 6.0 ROM and I recently managed to get a gamepad on eBay however despite using several different versions of drivers including the latest (v1.52 from smartgamepad.com) I am unable to connect and get the error message "Connection Error, we don't support this Bluetooth Gamepad". I tried on my WM5 Vario instead and I get the same message although the desktop drivers work fine so the pad itself works. I can pair it with ok too but this achieves nothing, any got any drivers that do work on the Kaiser? Thanks, Paul.
Bump! Anyone?

I've recently purchased an EverMore GM-R900 GPS receiver, connected to the 750v serial port through a mini-DIN adapter (which also includes power input from the car adapter). The question is : how do I map the serial (data) to make it available to other apps (other than active sync, which seems to be the only user of the serial...) ? I tried with GPS Gate but unsuccessfully, I cant find the correct source. Has anybody experienced something similar, yet? Perhaps with some carholder with integrated gps?
UP! C'mon.....is there a way? I've also tried with gpsgate but maybe I'm using the wrong parameters....... I've tried (from WM gps config) to map every port but I'm not getting a thing on any of them. The antenna itself seems to be working.
Still No GPS Device Found
Hi Guys,
Thanks in advance, i have gone through this site numerous times but still haven't been able to get my TomTom working on my new Treo750 and Ox-XDA IIs both running WM6.
I have GPS receiver in my cradle which works like a jam on my previous Treo650 (Running PalmOS). But since upgrading to this WM device it has become a night mare can't get it right particularly the way windows is handling com ports.
Can any one please guide me on how to get it going as I don't have PDA with in-build GPS receiver nor bluetooth receiver only this serial connected receiver.
Thanks
Nilesh
not sure i understood
If you have the tom tom software from your 650 and you are trying to use it on wm6 ,it is more than liely a software problem.
i have tom tom running on my 750,with a sirfstar 3 bluetooth gps unit, with no problems but the software came with the device.
If I am not mistaken tom tom allow you a device change every so often, in which case you will be able to download the correct software for your device.
Hi All
After looking at this amazing application - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=427097 - I decided to install it, works great if im using the USB wire. But my problem is that Vista wont find my Diamond to connect it to a PAN, ive followed the information on that guide.
Ive tweaked my registry, ive also ran WM6BTPAN which doesnt seem to do much.
Ive also checked my MSI Btoes drivers on my pc. Im running Vista 32bit Business and its find actually pairing with my Diamond, but when it comes to actually setting up the pan, I just get that screen (image attached).
Anyone else having this problem?? or even better anyone else know how to fix this?
Thanks
I got the same problem with xp, too.
I have an Belkin USB adapter and I even started the bluetooth network from the pc with the Belkin software... and in "network connections", the icon looks like it has a connection, but the computer isn't receiving any packages (just sending packages).
So what do I have to do so my Vario IV will connect?
...
I just found out that there is no connection between my Vario Iv and my PC:
I turned my bluetooth on my phone off and let the PC connect with the bluetooth network and it says it's connected.
So, if anyone has an anwser to this problem, please help us.
Thx
Any success case using Redfly with X1?
I tried 2 versions, both failed.
Redfly client comes with CD, installed correctly but generate error durinng initialization when connecting to Redfly.
Latest Redfly beta client, installation ok, but timeout when connecting with Redfly.
I have the redfly and using a custom rom for the Athena 7501. Are you having issues with both usb and bluetooth? (I've had issues with bluetooth before) The X1 is an upgrade option of mine so I am curious.
See here for latest beta drivers for the Redfly for the X1: http://www.celiocorp.com/install/beta/
EDIT: remember these drivers are BETA can could be unstable. In my case I had a hard reset and loss of data.
Hello,
I have smart bluetooth keyboard KB600 (about four years old) and I'm looking for driver for my HD2, any idea?
Thank you.
did you try pairing it directly without a bt driver?
Pairing HD2 and bluetooth keyboard
I am trying to pair the same device: My HD2 finds the keyboard, and is able to connect via SPP slave. But I am not able to type anything? ... anybody? I am using a COM2 port for the connection, and the HD2 is "always visible", I have no clue why it's not responding! ANY help is appreciated
Same problem here............ PLEEase help
HTC HD2 and BK600 COM ONE/OMIZ/FREEDOM bt keyboard issue
Hi,
first, accept apologies, because i repost a message posted in the wrong thread (same problem, but not same phone)
Home \ HTC Diamond: Touch Diamond, MDA Compact IV \ Touch Diamond, MDA Compact IV Accessories \ Bluetooth Keyboard BK600 problem
anyway, they explain that my com one bk600 is the same than omiz and freedom KB600. So, i've tested 2 drivers
1) Installing omiz one, it proposes me several choices (my model is not in it), but i've used to have this installer (older version) work for my old acer n50 and my pharos. I guess i've to choose a model with arm and widcomm bt.
No success, it seems that the software installed, but the application claims it's not a valid ppc applicaiton (strange because it worked one time and fails saying that there is not enough memory when clicking activate)
2) i've tested the freedom universal keyboard (second choice)
The driver installs perfectly; on the htc hd2 side i've paired the devica and grant connexions (the wizard report that the device is connected and the keyboard double green blink -- thats mean it's ok ) , but when i go to program files freedom utility and start it and click on connect, it claim that the device is not paired.
here where i'm. To bad, because having it works onACER n50 and HTC pharos.
Quoting another user, to pay $80 for 3 years lifetime...
Any ideas ???
Best regards,
Ludovic.
got the same problem. (BK600 and HD2)
Any success yet?
got the same problem here. i tried many drivers i found on the internet, none worked for me
next step is: i try to find a universal driver that can select a com-port manually to link with the bluetooth comport. maybe some infrareddriver can do this, because infrared also uses com-ports.
the problem is, the drivers are for microsoft bluetooth stacks and i.e. a hd2 uses broadcom as far as i know.
i hope anyone can find a solution
SPP keyboards do not work for WM builds 6 and over. This problem has existed for years and no one has found a solution.
I suggest you ditch the SPP keyboard and go with one that supports a HID profile.
Hi guys,
I had the BK600 keyboard and found these drivers to work:
It installs the proper program and works only through the programs. Do not bother trying to pair it with WM settings.
This also works on Symbian. I attached the files for you to test.
I am wondering whether there is an Android version that I can use with my HD2?
I was able to get the freedom BK600 keyboard working succesfully with my old windows mobile 6.1 Treo 800w phone. I found your WinCE.zip (30.0 KB) driver worked best with windows mobile 6.1. It places an executable called BTKeybd under the programs menu.
For Android users, please use Key Pro by Mobile Gears. It is the only SPP bluetooth enabled app that I can find. Works perfectly with my Android.
for some reason, when sending files over bluetooth to my topaz, i enncounter the "no services found" error. this was working fine on my xp machine but not on the new windows 7 laptop.
wonder if anyone has been through this and perhaps drop me a tip or two to remedy this.
hope someone has a solution to this...
ive never had this problem b4...
i googled some registry fix but that did not work.
the weird thing is that i can send files over bt to my laptop but the other way.
I have the exact same problem on my Diamond 2. I can send files by bluetooth to my compute or other mobile phones, but can not receive anything. It says "services not found" on Windows 7, and "service not found" when another phone (HTC HD2) wants to send a file. HELP.
same problem here on htc blackstone (touch hd) with energy rom, it only recognizes a serial port, not activesync if bluetooth is enabled, it needs to be something with the services not enabled on the HTC blackstone.
I tried 2 other BT sticks, the soft included on one of these also gives me the error that it couldn't find the supported services... i'm totally out of options. anyone found a solution ?
Exact same problem with my Xperia X1. Cant beam files from my notebook using Windows7... however no problems transfering files from phone to the notebook. There has to be a solution .. please help!!!
