Hello everyone! Im a noob to Windows Mobile but am a veteran computer programmer by profession. As such I feel like a real noob when it comes to this question
Im currently living abroad in Germany and have purchased a Kaiser via T-Mobile, branded as MDA Vario III. Well I love the device but my german sucks and the whole OS is in german. Is there anyway I can flash to ROM to get an english version of the OS? If I did this would it still work in Germany via T-Mobile or is there some kind of lock to the current ROM? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Please help - i have spent the best part of today reading every piece of info on this site regarding installing the blackberry software onto my device. The best i could do was to install a german version got it onto the XDA but could not proceed as its in German. Any ideas on what i should do and where i should look.

Hi all,
I have my Kaiser, which is an unlocked one fron Vodafone Spain, and in English as the base language. Right now, I have a completely, fresh-from-the-box, Kaiser with the shipped Spanish ROM.
The question is: can I extract the ROM from the new one (with any kind of app), and install inside mine?. By this way, my Kaiser will be a perfectly new and Spanish one!.

I am writing from New Zealand. i bought an HTC Diamond PRO in Germany and I would like to flash it into english. I have tried multiple ROMS that I found in this site but nothing work. Could you please help me out ....I think this device is a Vodafone ROM becasue I bought it in a Vodafone store. I want to start using my device but my German is next to nothing. Please help guys,

You say its the PRO version, does this mean you have a hardware keyboard?
If so you are in the wrong forum and need to be in the Raphael one.
Either way you need to flash your device with a WWE rom. Have a look in the ROM section (either Diamond or Raphael) there is loads of help there
