What does this mean?

I used this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=470798 to compress the manila images. On first boot it gave me 7MB more Programm Memory.

care on extracting the theme to a file ?

can you just extract the chinese IME for those of us who doesn't want to flash the ROM?
do you also happen to have the chinese font that enable the media panel to display Chinese songs properly ?

Media Panel can not display chinese perfect...even TW's rom(CHT)

This rom is basically a straight Topaz port with only minor visible modifications. TF3D has no curtain, transparent slider and notification manager pimped by dharvey.
From the original software only BCR and Jetcet Print is missing.

[SKIN][TL] Touchflo3D 2.0 Skin for ThrottleLauncher

New version of the Touchflo3D clone theme for ThrottleLauncher 1.0 RC3.
Instalation
- Install last ThrottleLauncher version (go Here!).
- Click the download link below and download the zip file.
- Copy it's contents to \Program Files\ThrottleLauncher\Setups\
- Open ThrottleConfig (StartMenu > Programs > ThrottleConfig) and select the theme and reload the plugin

DOWNLOAD THEME
- In order to get the clock animations you must download RyomaHino's ClockAnimations and uncompress them to your device. Then select the path where you uncompressed them in the configuration for "Clock Animations".
- To have the animated weather do the same than above but with Rumball's animated weather images.

Brshk1 has noticed a bug with the clock animations. If you have already downloaded them and noticed that it swas not showing the tabs, please download the following zip:

Delete the previous folder with the animations and use the one contained inside the zip
