Go to www.vitotechnology.com, and check the the Zoom Board.
Those screen caps are from Dutty's WM6.1 Hybrid ROM. You can find it with the following link:

Cheers.
Thanks for the replies. I already installed PocketCM but that wasn't exactly the one I was looking for although it is a pretty nice one. Could the one in the screenshot possibly be a skin or something for PCM?
Update: I did a little research and that is PCM but it looks like Dutty maybe did some editing of the keyboard.
Although can't see in the screen shot but do give Cootek's TouchPal a try.
Just my personal opinion after trying quite a few such as Pocket CM and Zoomboard I still find the TouchPal the best by far. But again my personal opinion and try it yourself.
the one in the picture is defo PCM keyboard, its the one i have installed.
It has an iphone skin on it called "iphone 12".
try searching for that.
hope this helps!

It's just the same as those t9 SIP apps. It doesn't support the contact suggestion...
was going to install that cootek one until i saw the requeirements :
More than 2M (QVGA) or 4M (VGA) free space on main memory
4Mb of main memory, for a keyboard...yikes

Now, read this once more...
Your device is QVGA, so it requires 2MB!
BTW, it's really nice keyboard.

Touchpal is only available in English. In their forum they say they're working on other languages, without saying which or when.
My personal favourite for the moment is PCMkeyboard, it's relatively easy to convert it to any language and other preferences and skins but its prediction and correction capabilities are not as smart as HTC's or Touchpal T9

Does anyone know if this specific keypad is available somewhere??
try it
I don't know if it's hima-friendly or not. Haven't tried it on mine yet.
I do know the PocketCM Keyboard is awesome on my old himalaya.
Probably need the Default IM selector program too, to force loading it if it doesn't start after soft-resets.
I just started playing with FFF. Very friendly . Even though I have a keyboard on my Kaiser, I'd love to have an FFF-style keyboard for the screen. I know there have been requests to the author of FFF, but I'm wondering if anyone has seen something close to this concept in a keyboard.
Thanks in advance.
-Bob-
HTC Touch Keyboard + Keypad probably the closest. See Latest Cabs thread.

I looked at that. Lots of issues... Maybe a future version.
Thanks for your reply.
Same here, the HTC keyboard/keypad was looking great, but still far from perfectly usable.
So I keep PocketCM as my preferred one :

The keys look too small for my stubby fingers. That's the beauty of FFF; I can use it!
Have you tried TouchPal?
-Bob-
I had a Vodafone branded Universal for a few days, and it had a T9 / FFF ish keyboard plugin. It was awesome but I never did work out what it was.
If we could get that cab file, I think it would satisfy a lot of people's needs.
Joe
Go to www.cootek.com. It's free until 8th December and it's probably what you're looking for.
It's free... But very limited... (to QWERTY ie.)
The concept seems interesting, but with no intl support it's a full stop for me.
Of all the SIP's I have tried so far, Cootek's TouchPal in my opinion is the most Impressive and efficient so far. You need a bit of practice though.
In fact over time I find that I am relying less and less on the built in mechanical slide out keyboard of my TyTn II.
Just my opinion
Read an interesting article about a new input software for touchscreen devices.

On the homepage and in the article there are videos to see how it works. If this method works flawlessly it will definitely improve the writing speed a lot. Looks very promising from my point of view. I subscribted the newsletter to get a notice when this will be available (soon as the developers said).
I subscripted myself to test the beta! So i'm curieus to the result.
Subscripted also
Subscripte also. The app looks verry promising. Can not wait to use it.
signed up as well. looks like an interesting concept, especially on the diamond.

wow looks awesome...
looks really interesting, if it really works that well that would be a revolution.
and people would finally stop whining about not being able to type easily on their touch'es
not really a revolution... Just stumbled on something like this yesterday cus i really wanted that iphone feature
http://www.mobiletextinput.com/Product/SlideIT/SlideIT.php
p.s. I just tried the demo, its Qvga. It does work tho and in my opinion pretty nice.

The symbols page is too small. Other than that - not too bad.
Unfortunately we'll probably never get to use it due to their business model of now downloading of it, it's just baked into the carrier ROM's. Kind of dumb in my opinion, but maybe someone here can make a cab file from it.

First of all: don't laugh. For quite a while I have been using a HTC Wizard with WM6 and fell in love with the TouchFlo 2D interface, as seen on the Kaiser. This one:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

}
Now I have a Diamond and I just can't get used to the 3D interface. So basically I want the classic WM6 look back, including the old TouchFlo as shown in the above picture.
I already managed to cut down the font size in windows and menus to be WM5/6-like, but would love to have the 2D interface back. Anyone has a clue where to find it (if it even exists)?
ps. I came across this but for some reason it's ugly

Did you ever findd an answer to this - I had my cruise stolen and ended up with this peice of ****t. I am really upset. I liked having an sd card, a faster ppc and all in all better ppc.
Will
Nope, best thing I have come across so far are bad-looking skins.
That's HTC Home. You can download it at http://www.pocketemu.com/download.php?list.8

Ok well after looking i realized i need to reword this again (this may turn into a request for an app) But i found http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=311225 and got the home plug in but it is really small like super small im uploading an image of it for a better idea of what im talking about.

Your Fuze is VGA, those files are for qvga, they won't work. You would have to get VGA files.
.... ok well where would i get those files?
Take a look in the Athena part of XDA Developers! There's a RealVGA CAB for HTC Home and may be for the Cube?
hey ryan00793:
A couple of months ago i found a "vga" htc home and it worked better than the one you have but still only occupies only 1/4 of the screen. It is too small to work without the stylus
Too bad because i like this plugin.

An here's the thread were I found it: WM6 add-on cabs - Teixeirabmb Collection (Last update 21th August)
And here's the original in Athena's section: Cab for the big htc home (x7510)
