If he have a Test device, he not need the HARDSPL because Test Dev have Open CID
in bootloader mode have text Security Unlocked

I placed the .nbh named as topaimg.nbh to the SD-card
went to bootloader.
Flash process starts but stops with message: not allowed.
Any solution ?

Hello, this ROM is here on this forum. Just extract the OS and what ever you need from the Ship ROM and you get it directly from the source.

u need to root ur phone before flashing any cooked rom
