IE Scroll sound on tilt. - Tilt, TyTN II, MDA Vario III General

How can I disable the scroll sound in IE when I use the screen to scroll with my finger. I cant stand the clicking noise. I didn't see where to disable it in system sounds and have been unable to find it in the forums. Also, is there a way to disable the popup menu when you scroll using your finger in IE. Half the time the popup menu will come up or it will select text.
Thanks

Anyone have any ideas on the menu always popping up when scrolling with touchflo in IE.

Scroll wheel for volume in call doesn't work...

It works in most other programs that allow scroll to volume, but when on a call it rarely works (has a few times) and it just scrolls through the connection, sound icons at the top of the Today screen.
Using Dutty's Touch 8/27/07 ver 1.27.14.09
Anyone ever see this before? Answers?
Does that ROM have the enlarge title bar app in it? If so and it's turned on, this will defeat the scroll wheel during calls.
I don't think it has that. It does have the enable large start menu but that doesn't make the title bar larger.
The app he's referring to is if you click on the signal bar or volume icons, does it pop up with a magnified version of those buttons?
Thanks for the better description outphase...
If this is not the issue, then do you have any apps that may be trying to control the wheel at all times? You mentioned "works in most other programs"...which programs?
I think you guys hit it. I disabled the "enable large start menu" in and now it works! This does indeed pop out a large bubble for the signal and volume icons also.
The last time I saw it working now that I think about it was before I enabled it yesterday. The scroll volume in call is much more important to me than the larger type in the start menu or the large bubble.
Thanks!
too bad it's installed in the ROM because the .cab version is 2 seperate installs. I only install the Enlarge Start Menu part, leaving the Title bar portion not installed. That results in large start menu but still have full call volume control.
That app was actually made for the Touch, which does not have a scroll wheel as the Tilt does.
I have the same issue too, am using Alex's 5.2 ROM. I cannot see the app that does this to turn it off - what is the name of the app?
Look under Start/Settings/Personal and click on Large Start Menu. Just unclick the box to do disable it. Worked for me!

TouchFlo 3D - Am I missing something?

Hello everyone
Is there any way to scroll through the icons at the bottom of the home screen quickly, without having to flick through one at a time? It takes forever to get from Home to Weather or Settings because each time you scroll along one icon the main display changes.
I guesss basically I want scroll through the icons without each tab being displayed as you go.
Cheers for any help with this.
put your finger on the bottom menu and slide to the correct item.
look at a demo on coolsmartphone.com our youtube. it goes pretty fast
Aha, so I was missing something. Excellent, thanks very much!
Put your finger on the "Selector"/cube/active icon of the mode selector bar, then you'll notice that the screen will have an overlay of the currently selected mode, now you can slide your finger to the mode you want.

How to disable the wheel

does anyone know how to disable the wheel scrolling on the diamond, its one of the most annoying features if all you want to do is scroll down or up and the wheel turns so far down or up you end up calling or missing the person you want to call.
Err .... what wheel scrolling?? Are you thinking of the scrolling ring around the outside of the central button? If so what are you trying to do with it, because in my phone it is not set up to scroll through contacts?
yeah the scroll ring, how do i disable it scrolling through contacts or any other action assigned to it
Dunno .... mine has never worked that way and according to the manual the scrolling ring is only used for zooming in or out in certain programmes (not the contact list) and not for scrolling up or down.
Are you sure you are not thinking of the up and down buttons that are above and below the button (not part of the scrolling ring). As far as I know that is the only way to move up and down on the buttons. Otherwise it is finger scrolling on the screen - which is what i use
It defiantly scrolls up and down, when i am using the phone, it only zooms in and out when i am in opera.
It really annoys me, because whenever i want to move up and down it will scroll up or down x10 as you move your finger around the ring.
to disable/enable:
simply download diamond tweak
19. Touch-sensitive Wheel
19.1 Disable
19.2 Disable
19.3 Disable
19.4 Disable
19.5 Disable
19.6 Disable
19.7 Disable
Easy...
do you have a url?
Just checked mine no ring scrolling here either stock telstra rom no tweeks....
I don't have the scrolling feature using the wheel. Does anyone know how can I enable the scrolling feature? Is there a cab where I can download for this feature? It's a cool feature for me.
As far as I know, GScroll will implement the scrolling features.

SMS bottom scrolled

whenever i open a SMS, or MMS, its scrolled all the way to the bottom, landscape or portrait mode, is there a simple fix to change this? even on 1 word SMS/MMS.
Usually this means that you've tweaked your registry a bit.
In Kaisertweak, there is an option under PocketIE called "D-Pad Scroll Navigation". If its enabled, you must set it back to disabled. otherwise pocketoutlook will do this scrolling thing...
