OS ROM with 50MB RAM total?

Hello,
I have a MDA Vario T-Mobile (Wizard) with ROM version: 1.3.2.2 29/09/2005. Have 44.08 MB RAM (program) and I know there are ROM versions (Prodigy_10107105_Qtek_WWE) that put Wizard with 49,9 MB RAM... but are oldest!
Anybody know a newer ROM version (Qtek, iMate, O2, T-Mobile, ...) that have this larger RAM? Have more 6MB!!!

i have the imate kjam with these rom details:
ROM version 1.1.9.3
ROM date 9/16/05
Radio version 01.01.10
Protocol cersion 4.0.13.16
ExtROM version 1.1.9.106
& i have a total of 49.97MB program memory & 47.46MB storage memory.
you can download it from clubimate website.

I can't register at Clubimate!
My Wizard is Brand T-Mobile!
Can anybody upload this ROM to xda FTP?

I don't know that this ROM is 1.1.9.3... can't identify by file name!
Now I can see: 1010903 (0 are .)

I-mate PDA2k MIDIet manager not working?

ROM 5.02.02 WWE
Radio version 1.12.00
For some reason or other the MIDIet Manager refuses to recognise any of the things that I put in its way
Has anybody else had this problem ? and if so how did they solve it ?

wizard o2 ext rom cabs wm5

hiya, just thought anyone runnibg wm 5 from the wizard rom, would like to know that the ext rom for o2 ext room has o2 active and is the newest wm5 compatible version and runs smoothly.
there are some other nice cabs too, have a look guys.

XDA 2i FREEZED / needs help for Pugs Rom

I bought my XDA2i in australia and my xda2i information as below:
ROM Version - 1.11.00 WWE
ROM Date - 01/27/05
Radio Version - 1.00.00
Protocol Version - 1337.39
ExtROM version : 1.11.923 WWE
***using SanDisk Ultra II 1GB SD card***
When i was using Tomtom 5.21 and i answered my phone call (when someone rang me). After I hang up my phone, Tomtom 5.21 freezed and i tried to run tomtom 5.21 (by double tap on the icon), my XDA2i FREEZED !!! then i have to soft rest it..... it was so annoying....
Should i get a new Transcend 80x SD card or upgrade to Pugs Rom ?
I am newbie here and i dont know where to get Pugs Rom and how to upgrade it... hope someone can give me some tutorial on how to upgrade the rom.

I knew hello, the problem also. Now I use a MMC card and everything is in order.

What is the MMC card's speed and brand u used ?

is it possible for hima to have a windows ce net 4.2 ?
