Accidentally deleted outlook - Tilt, TyTN II, MDA Vario III General

I accidentally deleted outlook email from my phone. Is there any way to reinstall it? I did sync from my pc and got outlook back but now I don't have a way to change the setting so that I can set up push mail again.
Thanks.

i highly doubt you uninstalled since most rom's have it built in so you probably just deleted the shortcuts.most of those files can be found in the main windows folder

Thanks, but I have outlook but it will only sync when connected to my pc. I can't set up push mail. When I tap it to change the acct settings, it doesn't give me the options to change the settings for push mail only options that I get is for sync with my pc.
Thanks.

try mobipush.com,what i use for my push email

Inbox only syncing via exchange sever - not deleted/sent

Ive set up my company email on my TyTN II via outlook and exchange server (im not sure how to describe it, have I set up my email via exchange server on outlook on my phone or setup my outlook account on my phone via exchange server???).
Any how, its great because i hit send/receive and get all my mail on my phone, but when I send an email or delete an email, its not in my sent/deleted folder on my phone. I tried to send/recieve while in that respective folder but it remains empty.
Why?
Thanks.

Try this -> In your pocket outlook with Outlook E-mail selected as the account, select Menu -> Tools -> Manage Folders. Check the folders you want to sync
Or you can select which folders to sync in Activesync/WMDC on your pc.

E-mai account merging

Hi Everyone
First post so please go easy.
I hae set up my new tytnII for email, with two pop3 accounts and set it to synch with my outlook email on my laptop.
What I would like to do is to set the device to merge the pop3 email accounts into my outlook section and folder lists so that i can download emails on the device and then when i synch it all matches up. Otherwise I will get duplication on the device I think.
If I tap and hold on an email in a pop3 account folder i can move it to another folder in the same account folders but not to other pop3/outlook folders.
Can this be done?
Thanks
Tom
You won't get duplication. The e-mail you sync from your PC is entirely separate from e-mail you download directly. So you'll get each message exactly once on each platform that you pull it from. You'll probably want to make sure that the TyTN II is set not to delete messages when it retrieves them. But the sync won't cause the message to show twice on the PC - it's treated as a completely different message in a completely different data store.
Hi
I have been looking into this a little further and have found that if I run my email account by IMAP settings this synchronises with my online email account and so far works very well.
I have also done this with my outlook email on my laptop and this makes life much easier!!
So everytime I synch with either device with the IMAP settings regardless of where I read the email it changes its status etc on each device and online.
Awesome.
Cheers for your help.

Tilt not downloading email in outlook

how do i get my tilt to download my outlook email from outlook on my computer i have my windows mobile device software set up on my pc, it syncs put i dont get the pc outlook email to my tilt outlook email, i have email checked under content sync settings but i still get nothing, if i put in phone numbers or something on my tilt, they will sync to my pc outlook, but the emails from pc wont sync to the transfer to my phone once i plug it in to my pc
anyone able to help me with this?
make sure that you are not trying to download the mail from a personal folder, as it will not work. also, i know that activesync syncs the email from outlok pretty weird, so i would play around with the settings and i think that the mail has to be in the inbox
nope, not a personal folder, it's from my gmail acct set up through imap.

Hi, yes Hotmail does support push email. Just set up your email as normalNext step consist of configuring your email sync option.
go to MENU -> ACCOUNTS -> ACCOUNTS
Then, MENU ->OPTIONS -Select HOTMAIL. Select Opttion 3, i.e SYNC SCHEDULE. Then set the SYNC FREQUENCY to 'AS IT ARRIVES' (Drop down list).
Press Done, and exit.
Thats it! Ejoy your push email!!! Well obviously if this fails, i dont know what to suggest ...
everytime i try and set it up as normal it doesnt detect any settings or gives me a chance to download like it does with a o2 account it just opens the web browser i cant figure out how to use the push feature to get it to come to the phone

how do you delete previous outlook account?

I just recently got a new job. my old outlook exchange information is in my tilt. how do I change mey info for my new company? Please help!
On the device, go into ActiveSync. Hit Menu>Options and in there it shows the computer it's synced with. You can delete the computer and start over through that. Also, in Outlook on the computer (if you computer is set to sync with the server) go to Tools>Account Settings and you can delete the email accounts from there.
Alternatively, if that is not what you are looking for, you can open the Messaging window and change the account settings through the Menu>Tools>Options (I think) window.
Hope this helps!
