i bought a htc s730 smartphone it works good but it does not support arabic language.can some one help me to find : arabic_xt9.cab and how can i install it

which is a chinese clone of HTC Jade touch 3G
and I would like to know where can I find a rom with hebrew?
and if possible with hebrew for the TouchFlo as well

i try this
but this rom is israel and support arabic language ... and arabic keyboard for this rom, dos not support persian (farsi)
i'm looking for arabic rom, because keyboard in original arabic rom also support persian language
please help
