RINGTONE BY CALLER ID

HI everybody is it possible to associate an image to an ipothetic caller even a ringtone ??? Or there is a program to download that allows this procedure??

Yes. Many ways.
You're new, it seems.
Look up top on the forums for "Search", and do a search for the question you just asked (twice).
Your phone should have this built-in, if you have an XDAII (Qtek 2020, etc.), but not the individual ringtone portion.
If you want to replace the standard Caller_ID program to the most recent use this:

Yes you can, using the new version of the Caller ID 1.2. Search for it in the forum. I am sure u will find it. If you can not, contact me on [email protected] and I can send it to u.

or you could go to wiki and find that 1.20 version as well as many other applications.

-Are sure Photo Contact allow selectable ring tones per contact / groups?!

Finding Caller ID
I was looking for something else and came across the Caller ID .cab file at the following link:

If you are still having problems I'll email it to you.
If you find that it works then after you've downloaded the Caller ID try the following link:
ftp://ftp.xda-developers.com
And you will be able to look through the other progs that are available.

REMEMBER TO DO A FULL BACKUP BEFORE YOU START, it was usuefull to me!
I know it sound weird but (for me) most DLLs would only be visible using Windows Explorer via ActiveSync! :?:
You may find that some files are being used and cannot be removed, my final fix for this anoying situation was to rename them like OLD_file.dll
Just do the install, soft resets, etc and once you are done, just go back and remove them, they won't be in use anymore.
PHM reg editor wouldn't install for me, so I had to go into the Zip and manualy extract the needed cab file.
(Wilst you are on PHM's website, grab the task Manager, it's neat!)
New version is now runing but not as smoothly as it should
-Contacts take about 30 secs a minute to load every time I start the interface. It looks like it doesn't store the information before it closes or like it doesn't know the path and always need to search for the file every time.
-Photo preview shows no photo.

Hi Ive found ringtone 2.0 by MTUX but it's a demo version ONLY!!!
I cant' be able to find another type of program on the forum..

SMS viewer

The Treo750 viewing SMS messages can be done only in the classic manner that date, grouped by sender. What can be convenient because in this way can we know at any moment what messagge i received from a person rather than another without having to scroll through the entire list of messages in that folder.
There is software that makes this thing to install on a kaiser???

Single SMS Multiple Contacts

Hey Everyone,
I am looking to send a single sms to specific multiple contacts. I understand that the sms feature in WM6 allows you to autocomplete a contact by typing theyre name as you go, I am looking for however a CAB file or something that will allow me to do something like tick the people i want to send to?
I hope they're is something like this out for WM6, otherwise its a long time sending about 200 mobiles a new number ha ha.
I'm not a often poster, but long time viewer, and i know you all know your stuff and i'm thankful for anything you can tell me!

In Duttys 6.1 rom there is something called groupsms, I dont know how/if it works...but I know its there , may be what you are looking for

Don't know if you'd only be satisfied with ticking multiple names, but the auto-complete thing does allow you to type in more than one name. I assume you realized that? Alternatively you can just continually click on "add recipient" and select them all one-by-one, though that's a pain in the ass. I've found the autocomplete for multiple recipients to be pretty fast. Do you not find that to be the case?

I was chatting to a few people on palringo's MoDaCo group and one user suggested Jeyo Mobile Companion 2.0 Demo. It does exactly what i wanted to do on the phone but on windows XP!
I only really needed it as a one off but i would recommend it as a solutions especially if your going to use it reguarly

you can try this software SMS Assistant from QimSoft

After install, it will add one Menu item "Add Recipients" at the bottom of Menu
Click it then it allow you to multi select contact

yeah I use group sms as well you can find it in the development thread. didn't realize it was included in the 6.1 rom as well.

Don't worry mate there is an ultimate solution for GRoup SMS... Although i already answer this query in this forum before but anyway...
You definitely need a RJV SMS SCHEDULER OR SHUBAROO'S GROUP SMS 1.4.4 ...

Export SMS from other phone

How can I export my SMSes from my K530i to my Xperia X1 ?! Can you give me a complete guide..
And the other question is that can I set up the SMSes to be "old-style" I mean to be arranged by receive date, not by number cuz now I have to find the number who send me the sms from and when I hit on it, it gives me all messages that I've received from it, but I want to be like the old phones /non-smartphone ones/

I won't give you a complete guide. Do some research how to restore sms from the K530i. Use google and I'm sure you will find a lot of answers. Do some research on your own before you ask people to give you a complete guide. I mean, we are all short with our time (most of us at last )

That is possible. What you have is called "threaded" sms. But you want them "non-threaded". There are a couple of programs which do what you want. If you have WM 6.1 there is "Xperia Tweak 2.

For the lazy...you can download Advanced Config and Xperia Tweak from my signature under "X1 Stuff".

[Req] WAD2 skin [link in thread]

Hi.
First of all, I didn't find this on my own. Take a look at this site, is someone able to make this in WVGA? It would be appreciated if it is for WAD2 but you can also create it for something else.

Well it's seems pretty basic... but wad can not do all those function... Wad 2 can not handle multiple sms or email, and calls like in that screenshot.As it uses registry value to retrive call logs and sms and email... WAD2 can do the weather, status icons and program shortcuts but showing many sms and email is not possible.... and regarding the rss feed or news and stock information , it can be done with mort script but not sure about feeds from twitter and facebooks... well i'm not a expert in mortscrip... so can't really say....
