oem\Theme_Black\(all files)
copy the pictures in windows folder overighting files
copy blackbars.scheme.xml in Application Data\Home
manualy select black color

copy the color theme in themes folder
update the registy with the data in rgu file(rename the rgu file as .reg and import it in registry editor)

It's REALLY easy to swap out the background with the .psd files
please any body take out for dawnload original theme (.tsk) of HTC diamond!!!!
Here's the black .tsk I assume you're looking for (i.e. the one that's loaded with the initial customization of the diamond). If you need the original wallpapers stored in the internal storage, you can find them here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=402080&highlight=content

Either install WAD or take apart the whole theme and then start replacing the image resources in different dll's that control the taskbar in the windows folder using a resource editor.

I already said what to do if you don't want to install WAD:
take apart the whole theme and then start replacing the image resources in different dll's that control the taskbar in the windows folder using a resource editor.

Default skin it doesn't exist. All theme is scattered on system. framework.res.apk & com.htc.resources.apk

Skins like metal or slate are in system/app in the form of files *apk. It is possible to edit them.
I am attaching a theme that I put together. Post any theme files you all might have...
edit: I changed some things around...so here is the newest update

Actually what I was talking about is if you go into the s2u2 settings and click theme...then click save theme and load that .s2u2 file onto the forum...but the way you have it works as well...
