MacSaber for the Diamond?

Hiya everyone! Currently there are people developing the iSaber program for the iphone similar to the MacSaber and WiiSaber developed by iSnoop.net.
If I wanted to create the iSaber program for the Touch Diamond. Does anyone know where should I start? What programming language do I use? etc
or better yet is there some pro out there willing to develop the program. I'm just a noob.
I've downloaded the open source for the MacSaber here but don't really understand a thing.

It is very sad that Visual Studio 2010 does not support Windows Mobile 6.5 Device development... and I have to use VS 2008 .
Have any one tried SharpDevelop for this?

One of My friend said LG Electronics are going to develop smartphone on Windows Phone 8 OS and want to launch very soon in the market.

I am new to this and basically a novice, I haven't really tried to be a developer but would love to learn a about it and basically how to root mobile phones.
I am a retired Motor Mechanic and love tinkering about with anything techy and finding out how things can be change like upgrading my phones OS on Android.

i'm just a tech enthusiast. I love to change and modify my devices, especially the older one. So I like to meet some other people who love tech and help me to learn new devices and systems.
