Mine (from HK) works perfectly..the weather download is very fast indeed...
After all is working, it was a problem of synchronization.

How you solve the synchronization problem???
I have the sane problem with weather app
I also have the same problem. I haven't been able to sync it through ActiveSync or Wifi, either. I know those on M1 had the same problem when the phone was released. I'm using the device on ATT in the States at the moment.
I've tried the redirect URL to no avail. Not sure what else to try. Anyone who has had the problem been able to cure it?

Hey guys hav u ever experienced issue like dis:
Mobile internet connection drop and unable to got online or using web browser etc.
It cannot be fixed w/ rebooting.
Now it seems i can use disable/reenable 3G/3G switch and turn on/off 3g connection several time to make this work.
But it is still annoying
Any idea how to fix it?
Im using the latest firmware, radio, stuff: 11.11.1
btw the gmail search doesnt work either after 8107 update which said by MSFT wud fix this issue, any1 hav the same issue?
I can't find the switch 2g/3g switch!? lol

Omnia 7 - originally on T mobile but now using unbranded ROM on Three.
Same problem here. The gmail search on server bug is really annoying!
I'm having the same problem as of today, my mobile data connection has dropped. I've tried rebooting, switching to airplane mode, re-enabling/disabling 3G/E multiple times. But the issue remains.
On proximus (belgium) with DFT rom
- Use the Diagnosis app
-Open up the Diagnosis app.
-Dial this (to enable autoconfigure sim setting): *#94765#
-It will ask you to restart the device. Confirm that.
Same problem here too. I was afraid it was my device..now i see almost all omnia 7's got this problem. No fix from samsung. Nice.
I've had issues with this for months. In fact since upgrading to Mango.
It's not hardware as I now have a warranty replacement and this one has the problem too. My sister also had hers replaced under warranty for the same issue and the issue remains for hers too.

Can anyone confirm/unconfirm if this works? Getting really sick of this now. Restarting was fixing it, but now nothing. I'll add my views to your thread.
Had the data issue for months, it was so bad i stooped using the device.
Then as in old windows mobile i decided to flash another rom witch included another radio from another carrier, in this case a french one, well it did work ,then i could use the phone everywhere.
I cant tell you the rom version at the moment because i got a test roam loaded, but i can certainly find out later.

The rom was Mango fro sfr france.
you mean that flashing another rom fixed ur problem?

Yup, it has fix it.
I got it from HERE
Before that i could not do anything over 2/3g.
Now it works just fine.
One thing i remember, the device will boot in French, but you can change to English after in the control panel.
Before doing anything make a Device backup!

radio software version 2424.11.9.1
Currently using the above radio with a custom rom v 24.24.11.9.4 and no problems with data.

can confirm that it doesn't work - sadly :-( - It has the effect of setting the switch in Network profile app (something you only get in unbranded ROMs by default..
BTW there is a thread on this in the Omnia 7 general forum
I had the same issue also but after using Healthcliffs fix 3g.xap my problem went away.

Yeah, my radio Hardware and Software version are exactly the same as yours..but i have problems, i guess i'll try flashing the french rom.. There aren't any other problems with it, right?
I got a custom rom that does not have this problems,will try to upload tomorow.

Hi, I have a problem with my LG 4x HD, after using wi-fi for a few hours it just stops and when I try to restart it the icon in the statusbar is pulsing, the switcher in the settings is grey and nothing happens. Yes even I have the same problem, every time after stopping SixAxis app my wifi gets stopped as well and I had to restart the phone.
It is because of some compatibility issue with few LG devices - This is what app developer explained and that they are working to fix this
I think it would be better if you can email them as well just your issue and no need of any other details so they fix this asap with more users complaining.

my perfectly working 3g data services arent working properly on the z3c. most often the browser web page will work for a few mins before going off and declaring that wifi and mobile data is switched off .... whatsapp hasnt done that yet... FB has a few times.
Is this a common issue with the z3c, and any solutions? has anyone else faced it too? Help will be appreciated. tia.

also it can be Data problem from Operator and ...
if u have no problem in ur area with other phones so u can fix problem on Z3c by repairing firmware by PC Companion
if problem remains after repairing take it to service center that maybe hardware issue

Hi Guys I just got my phone in today. Been messing around with it and everything seems to work great expect the weather doesn't seem to update. I'm running on T-mobile, so maybe that's the issue? I've tried resetting the catch but that didn't seem to do anything. I know the GPS is working since I'm able to see my correct location with google maps. Any help with how to fix this issue would be greatly appropriated.
I had the same problem, likewise on T-Mo. What I did was start maps and activate the GPS. All was well after that.
Hmm still no luck here, Thanks for the suggestion though . Its good to know it's working for some people. Tried turning it off and back on . I've Restarting the phone and tried turning off the Weather app. Nothing seems to work .Whats odd is that the google maps app still sees my location even if I turn my GPS off.
Xiaomi have been having problems with the weather sync server the past few days, there's quite a few posts and bug reports about it over on the MIUI forums. I've had the issue intermittently over the past few days too, it's working fine today so far!
Weather can´t sync?
Same here , using China rom /Globerom/En.miui rom. Hope it is a server problem or maybe Global Warming.

Mine never works even after opening maps and using GPS elsewhere. No biggy, just disabled the built-in weather anyways.

is there a daemon file too...maybe simply changing apk will not work?
recall on ported (though) miui too on note 2, 1 etc the miui weather would never work (location issues)
fyi..just an interested observer here (do not have the Mix ATM)

I'm not sure if there is any other files needed as the person only linked the Weather.apk. I believe he linked the weekly updated version of the apk.
I was in the same boat and then all of a sudden it started working. Now it stays working. I'm thankful it works now.

One more same one. I've had this issue since last week. I don't know if there was that issue before last week. Last week, i turned GPS on and runned Google Maps. Somehow, the app couldn't find my location. But when i set the GPS mode as "Only device" , it works. In my opinion this issue is caused by software bug.
Actually this issue for me was happening when I was in September patch. I haven't tested the GPS in October patch

Just tested and GPS works fine for me in the newest October patch
No problem for me with the update.
Actually, I haven't occurred any issue since this morning. I think it is related to building i am inside.

Only Google Maps working. Sygic and Here we go have problems finding GPS:
I had the same problem with all navigation apps (Here and Google), but when I installed Map Factor, it worked well. Then I did reset of Here and Google and they work for now
