I flashed my new HTC Wings with WM6.1 from Alcaline. Now I have to return it due to warranty reasons :-|
Problem: I backed up the original SPL but I don't have an original HTC ROM with German language. The RUUs on
http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=WINGS_WM61_Alcaline
don't have German language integrated.
Does anyone have an original RUU with German language? Or can I at least install a language pack?
Thanks!
What the MUI code for the German Lanuage?
German MUI code is 0407. Can you help?
Okey. Sorry, I don't have those MUI files.

hello,
Is it possible to flash the german rom with the dutch one of t-mobile MDAIII?
Will it become locked again? since the dutch ones are locked...
If it's possible, will someone please dump the dutch rom?
thanks.
Greetings,
I have a 9100 with the Swedish ROM. I want to replace it with an English version. I have done the CID unlock using Lokiwiz. Now I'm wondering:
1. Can I load the WW English ROM over the Swedish version, is it likely to
work and does the character recognition work (which it doesn't in the
Swedish version).
2. Or should I use the i-Mate ROM instead?
regards,
P O Litby
I have the same question.
I hope somebody will help, Thx in advance!
i think its ok
the same factroy ,same model
i have a qtek 9100,its gem!i tried flash to chs ,cht and eng ,its ok,no problem
guys, just download the latest qtek 9100 rom fro myqtek.com and run it. you should have no problems about that.
I tried to find how to change the language from EN to NE but I can't find a solution. I've tried with lokiwiz but this doesn't work.
Can someone tell me how I can change the language. I was one of the first in NL who bought a 9100 but it was only available in EN. For word completion I would like to have the NL version.
Many thanks in advance.
change language
Yes, I succeeded in changing the ROM.
How, lokiwiz does not work with the new ROM.
I took the custom ROM on this side, an old one also in english and after this I unlocked the language and loaded the new NL update on my 9100. It works fine now in NL language.

Yes upgrade to a new shipped dutch rom must do everything you want.
how to change the english language on the mteor to dutch? i have a htc mteor, and i assume this one is cidlock free. i tried to download an dutch htc mteor rom from the website, but none of the links work on the htc website. so i cannot find a dutch rom. i only want to change the language (os) from english to dutch...
any help is appreciated.
hmmm... My MTeoR have rather languages inside
Check languages in prefrences
what i meant (or should have written down), is that the os on my mteor is english. thus having a WWE rom on it. what i want, is the Dutch rom on it. so i need to flash it with the dutch rom. for that i need a dutch originally shipped mteor rom. at least, i believe that i can reflash it on my mteor without getting the wrong vendor id / country error (thus hoping that the mteor is cidlock free!!)
you are right!!!

you are right!!! i assumed i had to reflash the os to get the dutch language like one has to do with the qtek 9100 etc. but you are right, in the preferences you can change the language...
thanx for your reply, as you might have guessed... this is my first smartphone in a line of many other smartphones like the mda compact 1 to 3, htc wizard, tytn.....
so i wasn't quite familiar with the option to change the language inside the european rom itself
i want my t-mobile wing in spanish what i can do cause it is in english and i want it in spanish
there are no custom roms in spanish but if one of the RUUs is in spanish you can diassemble it and flash it minus the spl.nb part using USPL
i hope that made sense..
