I have aproblem , when i am sending SMS messeges to other peopel they get a message that if full of "??????".
i have to say that i am useing an hebrew version on my HTC and that the SMS that i am sending are in hebrew.
please assist if you can.

Does the person receiving the SMS also have hebrew support on their phone? If not, then, that's what the problem is.

I am try to send any israely phone.

Please provide some additional information, such as:
ROM Type: Original OEM or Cooked (if so, which one)
Radio Version:
Did this problem just start recently? Or since you first got your device?
What extra programs have you installed?
Something in the list above should help find the source of your ????????'s.

The ROM version is: Schap's 4.31
The Radio is: 1.27.12.17
The problem start after installing this ROM. I install it because in the lest ROM i had i coudn't repaly to SMS.

Finally!! Official Arabic Support for Touch Diamond

Finally HTC released Arabic Support for HTC touch diamond. Arabic extended update available only for ROM version 1.93.456.2 so If you have older ROM you should update your ROM first.
You can find the Arabic Extended update and the new ROM at:

I already have this ROM version so I installed the Arabic update according to HTC instructions but after I did I got nothing at all even after soft resets. But I got it working after a hard reset.

Before it my mobile work properly.
But after that GPS not work . another problem is When i call anyone , If call is connected , So I can't hear anything from Mobile's speaker . But if I call and number is busy , So I hear beep

I installed the latest rom 1.93.456.2 to my diamond but every time I try to install the extended arabic package I get a message on my laptop saying "confirmation..the files have been changed"

The only way I could get over this error was by using another computer, the one that wasn't working was a vista and the one other was an XP. Everything went fine then. But yet I can't say for sure that the problem was with vista, maybe it was just something specific in my laptop.

New arabic software and ROM upgrade for diamond
can anyone uplolad those programs on rapid share? because I cannot download them from the official site. My S/N does not work bec I bought my diamond from US. Please this is important.

Here is my experience with it.
After many other bad experiences I tried this arabizer and it works fine with me, you will need after installing it to make another hard reset to work fine (that's what I did, it may work with you without having to do this).
Hard reset at anytime will install the Arabic language pack automatically and you don't have to do it again, the arabizer actually installs "Fee Jeibi Ein" arabizer.
It is working in a perfect way but the only and most annoying problem is that some applications will show strange English fonts, I made a post about it and still waiting for replies to this problem.

When i try the official arabic support package on an upgraded ROM, it makes the following (automatically):
I run the upgrade fine wth active sync,
the HTC TP says i will have to restart (OK)
It makes the following pre-starting
validating...then
Verifying...
Then!!! An error occured and will give details after the device starts...and it starts...thank
it says summary of error problem is there is not enough space,
i run taskmanager and i made sure that i have enough enough space on both internal and external memories.
any ideas,

whats the use the arabic keyboard is the tiny version and not the big one. its a pain to type on with fingers and i hate using the stylus

Would someone be able to tell me whether if I install the above update, would i be able to see arabic content on HTC diamond? because right now if I browse the internet through Opera i am not capable of seeing arabic text...all I can see squares

when you goto download the latest ROM update from HTC there will be a drop box asking which you want to get (arabic or english)
the arabic is exactly the same but has the following:
it displays the date/time in arabic (western format)
it has arabic fonts
+ the arabic (tiny) keyboard.
other than that everything else is english... its not full localization.

I use p535 and ran a 6.5 rom on it (one of the many cooked). Leng got it stuck. If it works with your device please advertise.

I've tried eyron and some other free stuff I've found and none of them works...
Did anyone at least managed to manually install some hebrew fonts on wM6.5?
At least to be able to view it correctly..
It's weird, I've installed some WM6.1 Chinese on my machine (Kaiser) and it had no problems working with the 6.5
Why is hebrew so special? :S

I install Que Rom from here version +QueROM_B4_V1_MS3_23008_For_Hermes
and than I installed 2 files for hebrew:
first: Resco.Keyboard.PRO.v5.21
second: Hebrew.CAB
and it's worked!
I can read and write hebrew!

I found a solution, and it works great. like a blast to the gabot.
I Installed the Hebrew support only, without changing the interface.
Now, all the gui is still in english, But I am able to read and write in hebrew.

Same thing happened to me, the arabizer had an invalid license. Any one has a UK ROM, i wanna flash my TP2 back to the UK ROM

Try re-installign a different arabizer, it will normally replace existing files.

I am looking for a way to inroduce Bi-Directional (RTL) support and Hebrew fonts to a WWE ROM so I can read and write Hebrew while maintaining an English UI.
Any help is highly appriciated.

what i know that i instaled another arabizer from a thread on xda-developers
and the rom i tooked from the forum and installed it by a goldcard method
