[Release 30/09/09] Hero 2 theme for ThrottleLauncher RC3

Hi guys:
This is the new version of Hero Like Theme for ThrottleLauncher.
Now have a lot of improvements thanks to TL RC3.
Its compatible with all resolution( I ask a few members to test it in their devices).

The mode to use this theme was change a little, no more gesture to open pages or open menu box.
This is the instructions:
Unzip the file inside your Setups folder
Some Notes:
the zip have 2 lock.xml
I recommend to use the lock nitrogencontrol.xml if you use nitrogen version 1.1 and if you have installed in main memory. For use that rename lock nitrogencontrol.xml to lock.xml
I you, like me, use nitrogen 1.2 alpha4 so use the default lock.xml.
PLEASE CONFIG FIRST BEFORE USE THE THEME.
PS: I will post the Hero Contact widget in the apart of Widgets HERE.
About the Calendar widget, this is close to work perfect, I recomend to wait to brunoisa10 finish his new script and then the widget will be posted in the respective page.

O.M.G. Can't wait to download and try this later. Have been using Hero 1 with Throttlelauncher RC3 and APBilbo's updated Home.xml so that it scrolls like the Light3D theme. It has become my favorite theme for my Tilt. Looking forward to trying Hero 2. Awesome work!!

What are you having problems with? The instalation or the configuration of the app?
To install the theme just uncompress the zip file and place the contents inside the \Programs Files\ThrottleLauncher\setups\Hero2 folder so there's a file in the path:
\Programs Files\ThrottleLauncher\setups\Hero2\config.xml
Then open ThrottleConfig and select Hero2 in the combo. Reaset the plugin (you can click config to config the theme if you want)... The theme must appear in your today screen .

Also, I have no widgets on the page, where can i find it?
There isn't a widget looks like the clock in hte screenshot.....
Did I do anything wrong? I just copy the whole "Hero2" to setups
Update: I know what causes the problem..... We need to add some widgets before we can scroll....

That's right the mod has to be done over the home.xml... Though I think that if you change the height of the plugin in ThrottleConfig the bottom bar will be shown. Go to ThrottleConfig, click the advanced button and uncheck the hide bottombar icon. Ensure the height is changed also. Then reload the plugin.

First of all rename the wadesktop file to "windows Phone 7" create a folder in the root of your Storage Card and name it skin. extract the wadesktop file to this folder ( click wadesktop file and select " Storage Card\skin" for extraction)... so that you will have " Storage Card\skin\windows Phone 7"... then extract the contents of skin.rar (contact, games and other folders) to "Storage Card\skin\windows Phone 7"
to utilize the theme properly... please install mortscript and message2reg into your device memory....
the icons on music page links to following folders so make 7 folder inside "Storage Card\My Music\**" and name them
1> B metal
2> country
3>H metal
4>hiphop
5>Pop
6>Rock
7> Thrash
and 2 folder inside "Storage Card\My Videos\**" and name them
1> MOVIE
2> Music
to add apps, contact and games just click the add button or same page and choose the place 1~9... 1 is the first left on the top and 9 is the last right on the bottom.. choose a png from anywhere in your device and choose a link to program (.lnk) and enjoy...

i guess you are talking about wadesktop file.
you just copy it to your device and click it install... anf if you talking about skin file use winRAR or 7 zip...

As the title says it is a theme for WAD2, which stands for Wisbar Advanced Desktop, which is a very nice piece of work from Lakeridge Software. At their site you can download a trial and when you are satisfied buy it....
Without Wisbar Advanced Desktop this will not work.

you must copy the theme files in internal storage and then copy them to \Windows with Total Commander, tap ok when asking you to overwrite existing files, restart the sense

I know how to copy files on my device! I've tested RescoExplorer, TotalCommander, Xplorer but the files are cooked in and so it's not possible I think... I'm also unable to edit the security settings of these files.

It is really strange, on my device, the CHT is cooked with the original files in the rom and my theme is copied and installed easily

have tried to disable the sense before copying files in Windows?

Jepp I've tried everything but there is no way for me. I will contact the cook of the ROM - he should know how to manage it!

LOL - the easiest possibility of a solution was building a cab... LOL that was a hard way for me!

Please note that this is just the first try and that the animations are very big ( WVGA ~1,9mb).

I'm going to update them, they are not avaible at the moment
Installation:
Just place the animated.gif in the /windows folder on your phone with a file explorer like "RescoExplorer" or "Total Commander".
Please note that the Windows Explorer doesn't work!
Copy file -> to your Phone -> in the Windows folder -> the Reboot

put it on the rood of your sd card then use "total commander" and move it to the windows folder on your phone. (don't use file explorer )
copy file > mobile device > windows folder > reboot.

I got a himalaya so a static welcomehead.PNG would be good as the himalaya cannot run a moving .gif at bootup.

My stock ROM doesn't have an animated startup currently so does anyone know how to get this working as putting it in the Windows folder doesn't do anything I just get the O2 first screen then the welcomehead?
I'm on the O2 stock ROM 1.72.

* The folder named “IFOLDERS” located in the zip file below
If you use TodayXLive (instal on device memory) the only thing you need is to unzip the file below and copy the folder “TodayXLive” to Program files on your device. Then copy the folder "IFolders" to the Program Files in the device memory.
If you use any of the other applications (IPhone Today, Metro Home or Host), you should create links to the exe in the respective folders in “IFolders” (see picture 1)
