Spb Mobile Shell / Battery Status - Tilt, TyTN II, MDA Vario III General

Is there a cab or zip file for putting battery status in Spb Mobile Shell ....to make show up in my main screen...
Thanks
Mike

What do you consider the "main screen" for Spb Shell?

???
the first tab on mobile shell...then yes.....first screen

Now if you talking about the tabs used by Spb Shell on the Today screen, then the one that shows battery status is the "Home Tab". That tab's icon cannot be changed. Maybe you don't have that tab added? Try tap and hold on any of those tabs untill the pop up menu comes up, and select "options". See if "Home Tab" is in the list. If not see if you can add it.

Perhaps you can change it back with Advanced Configurator, the first 2 CAB's on this page.

Today plugin that displays icons of running programs?

Hey guys. I've got Ultimate Launch and I want to be able to see what programs are running on the today screen. Maybe an icon row at the bottom. ANy ideas?

try spb ilauncher. do a search on it.
Wisebar Advanced will show you what programs are running in the top bar of the today screen. Check it out HERE.
Magic Button is on title bar but does not cover any standard info. Only 80 KB executable file. Makes close button really close applications. Can be found here :

doesnt regular taskmanager that comes with tilt show you what applications are running..and you can close them...why use another one?
wktask is a my favourite.
You can alter the size of the tabs, hide system applications and LOADS of other options. Oh and it's free. It is one of the most reliable and light applications of this type and is cooked into a lot of XDA dev ROMs. Get the latest version HERE

Quick menu, X, and ok problem!

I've searched through the forum but can find nothing about this problem.
For some reason the quick menu no longer drops down.
When in a program or menu such as programs (WM) the icon top right has the X or ok on top of the quick menu icon, both showing as in screenshots.
I have triend enabling and disabling quick menu in Settings -> System -> Task Manager -> Button.
you need to pick one x button or the other
if your gonna use windows go into quickmenu options and disable the x button and all related options
if your gonna use quickmenu x than go and disable windows task manager via control panel
I want to use quick menu, so I have both Enable the "X" button end running programs and Enable Quick menu on today screen, which i'm sure was default (i have htc rom 1.37.405.1 wwe). then when pressing button, list would drop down with x, spanner, and mem icons and list of running programs. this no longer happens.
to disable win task manager in control panel do you mean in the registry. if so which key, i can only see default and group.
Installing some other applications can interfere with HTC task manager and give exactly the symptoms you describe. For me it was installing Spb Mobile Shell. Sometimes after a soft reset it would work for a while and then stop working. Sometimes it wouldn't work at all. Could this be your problem?
Could be I suppose although it was working fine for at least 3 days after installing and using spb. Could it be from using task manager through spb and if so is there a way of changing it?
anyway i might get rid of spb mobile shell as i don't think it's that good and see if that solves it.
SOLVED: or at least back to normal after removing spb mobile shell disable buttons in task manager disable touchflo soft reset and enable all again.
update: i've installed spb again to see what happens, so far quick menu is still working so I'm guessing problem occurs when task manager is used through spb.

The Original Task Manager can be deactivated from Settings/ System/Task Manager

spb shell question

I downloaded the spb shell theme and I really like it over manila because of landscape support. My question is when I put it in sleep mode and then turn it back on from sleep and enter my unlock code can it automatically go into the spb shell theme instead of me hitting the shortcut to launch the screen.
If it makes any difference I'm using the 25th january hperdragon rom or whichever is in january at the end and doesnt come with manila 2d cooked in.
Yup, you can set it to automatically start on the Now screen. Go to mobile shell options, Now Screen tab, and tick "Show the Now Screen when device wakes up."
You might try reading the manual, as this program has a lot of wicked awesome options. Also try searching this forum for mobile shell themes. I'm currently using the 'field' theme, and it's gorgeous as well as highly functional.
