Woo! Works perfectly on my WM6 ROM. No more hardware keyboard bug either.
Next thing that I'd really like is to be able to force text size smaller/set page zoom. I prefer small text but more of it than just a few big text lines like you get when doing a Google search... More like how you can do it on Opera Mini.
The SIP seems buggy too, it sems to reset it to the keyboard everytime. If I put opera in the background, set my other SIP again (Diamond Qwerty), switch back to opera, on the next time the SIP opens it will stay on the Doamond a second then switch to the default keyboard again. But it seems it's a bug they list in the known issues, so all is good...

Works fine with dutty's WM6.1 WWE ROM. Still using radio1.65.16.25
i thought mobile had a mouse pointer like mini. on my stock tilt the d pad only goes between hyperlinks. anyone else seeing this or know how to fix?

So for those who try it, REMEMBER to review your notification settings after you're done if you don't want to miss alarms!
Posting this as it's not at all a function a browser should be touching, so one wouldn't expect that kind of thing at all.
The D-Pad thing is just how they've wanted it to be apparently. IMO there are many Mini features that should make their way into Mobile. Heck, Mobile should just be Mini without the intermediate server thing and running natively instead of Java. Mini is perfect apart from those 2 points.
do notifications return to normal after you exit the browser?
IE Bookmarks! Great. I hated having to create bookmarks every time....

So that's what is screwing with my notifications!!!
I did not even have to open the browser and it messed with my settings. Thanks anyways I'll stick with the hacked build.
It really formats very badly compared to the HTC version.

jesus christ...thats for the info, i'll be sure to use my 9.5 build 1184 and not the beta from now on. i was wondering why the hell i wasn't able to see any of the new texts messages i was getting. i just turned on the notifications for texts and emails no more than 10 minuts ago. +1 for you

No, that's the whole point of the issue. Apparently it's actually when you exit it that the notifications get cleared, as some people reported receiving them while using Opera.

Well.. it's a Beta... and according to what Opera say they have customized the Diamond version specially for it so some aspects are improved.

I don't think this can be done without simultaneously switching the up/down D-pad keys to zoom as well, as on the Kaiser the scroll wheel is mapped to the up/down keys.
I also have the sound issue...switching back to previous hacked build.
I liked it 'til it turned off my notifications, it took me two or three times to notice that, heh. I just uninstalled it for now, I'll wait until a better version comes along.

The weather options must be set with using the touchsettings located in start menu\programs\touchflo. It will not work if you use the htc home weather setting.
Instructions how to upgrade is in the Touch-IT folder.

IF you brick your phone (Brick=the phone can be used as a building brick, or maybe a paperweight? Because you cant start it up.) Its no others fault but your own.
Mainly the reason for bricking a phone is:
1. Not reading the instructions good enough
2. Not following the instructions.
3. Not having a RUU that can unbrick the phone (the official installer with the official rom for your specific phone, with your phones default language. In.ex if yu have a german phone by default, you need a german RUU, if not you will get invalid vendor error)

If you dont understand after reading CAREFULLY, then dont bother flash your device with this or any other rom.

Ok sorry to ask, I'm new to the Touch it thing, what do i do with os.nb? I downloaded it, hard reset the wing, even ran aserg policies.cab and soft reset it. Now what do I do? Usually there would be a batch file that I could run according to the famous newbs guide. I understand if you don't want to explain everything to each annoying newb such as myself, but i couldn't find any links anywhere. Help from anyone would be greatly appreciated. PM me if you want. I had the same problem until I killed my Push Mail. Now I my battery barely goes down. But if I start surfing, it starts dying quickly, so it must be something with the EDGE connection. (Although, I did change the amount of threads that PIE uses so that could account for the extra loss of power.)

how can i get rid of my push mail??
guys, doing anything on the phone that causes it to connect to something (satellite, bluetooth, etc.) is gonna drain the battery way more then letting it sit in standby.
so far over all the roms the most notable increase in battery drain for me has been when i overclock my phone.
DAMN! i wanna try this rom out but i just got touch~it2 all set up so i may wait till a stable release (also i prly won't have the time over the next couple days). if i do get a chance to flash your rom i'll let you know itje.

didnt you allready ask this in another post? its enough with one time, often there is reason why roms dont release, and there is reasons why I cant anwer every single question. why is that you might ask, think about it and im sure you understand.

Works good. Best if you install when you first flash the ROM.. or after a hard reset. A little more function than the 6.1 threaded SMS as it shows the amount of characters. It has a today plugin also..

previous versions had issues with mms among other bugs.
when typing sms, the keyboard will still block the sms right? That's the only issue I'm not going with palm sms thread.
Currently testing vito chat sms. Seems quite good.

MMS is working fine for me. both in and out of the program...
And what about the keyboard? Does it still cover up the text area so that you can not see what you are typing?
I would suggest using Vito SMS chat now. It's pretty good.
Hope they can resolve afew bugs with touchpal soon.
the initial rips [way back in 2006] of this required some bit of reg editing and wasn't really stable on my then TyTN [some sms still went into the old inbox], I used a Treo 750v for a few months and really enjoyed threaded sms/mms. Now I have a TyTN II and am starting to miss threaded sms/mms, is this new cab already ALL IN [meaning no more messing about the registry]??

for those having problems with the keyboard covering the area for text, try SIPchange and NullKB combo [use it on all my hardware keyboard equiped devices]. Both are pretty easy to find just do a search
will this give a clean uninstall if i dont like it?

I'm confused. Why not just slide open the phone to access the hw keyboard?
mms is working for you on the kaiser FROM inside the palm app? no one else has been able to get this to work...everyone gets out of memory error

Some people, like me, prefer using stylus for writing rather than using hw keyboard.
yea tried the file you posted.. MMS will not work from the kaiser/tilt from inside the palm app.. if it works for you could you please post the steps you used to make it work and maybe even a video of it working..

I resolved this problem by using Dutty's rom and then installing threadedsms.cab. Once installed you have to use the roms default MMS app which works perfectly.
I installed the palm app on the L26_Kaiser_Diamond_V5 (Hybrid 3.29.707) rom and the mms is working inside palm. I have only tranfered and recieved pics. My wife has a palm centro which may or may not have anything to do with it working. I will have to try sending someone else pics tomorrow to see if works with non palm phones. To say the least I am happy as this is a much nicer program than the arcsoft.
I installed when I had 3,000 or so text messages built up, and every time I restart my phone and go into this app it loads up 10 old messages as new messages IN order NON threaded.
It will take me probably 2 years to clear them all out.
How do I fix this??? I want to load them all now or delete them all. Purge doesn't work.

- I can't get the touchpad to work, might be a conflict with touchflo, will check
- The app display doesn't switch to landscape when one slides the phone out
- As the Kaiser slides out on the other side, the display in "keyboard" mode is upside down, and the D-PAD is also reversed.
- Keyboard works, but layout is wrong for most Fn keys.
Edit: Indeed, with touchfloSL off the touchpad works
- Would be cool to be able to use the keyboard while touchpad is active, and of course have the touchpad adapted to landscape when phone has keyboard out. That way one could really use the phone with keyboard out as a remote with both kb and mouse active at the same time.

-But automatic switch display works for me...

I need to change ROM to newest Alex series.

Hi! First I'd like to say that this app is very clever and looks awesome!
But I've had no luck running it, and I tried absolutely everything. I followed the instructions step by step, opened the ports and tried disabling all security software. I tried versions 2, 2.1 and 3, USB, bluetooth or Wifi, none works. Only thing I didn't try is flashing a new rom. I'm still using stock t-mobile WM6 rom. Could it be an issue? Are there any apps that are known to conflict with Gremote?
I don't really want to flash a new rom to my vario2, and would only do it as a last resort.

I have an AT&T Tilt with WM 6.1 and when I run GRomote.exe, the phone gives an error. "An unexpected error has occurred in GRemote.exe.
This application requires a newer version of Microsoft .NET Compact Framework than the version installed on this device."
How do I check what version I have and update it?

Standard Tv, or in MediaPC ? If you have PCI TV card and watch TV using PC, you can control it using my app. But standard TV required infrared comminication.

What I am looking for is the "People Tab" from the Touch HD. I have a Touch Pro and really want the functionality of the Blackstone People Tab on my TP. I have attached a screenshot of my Manila People Tab and also one of the Blackstone Peopke Tab. If there is a persona out there good enough to make a Cab file to install the Blackstone people tab to the Touch PRO I would be eternally grateful.

As you can see, there are more buttons on the HD people tab that allow you select other options such as call, text, email, etc... This is the functionality I want right in Manila.
I second this request. I'd also like to add on a request if possible. It's instinct to me to click on the picture to place the call. Unfortunately that just takes me to the list of possible numbers. Since we're asking for multiple icons for the different available phone numbers/emails, can i also have the photo set to call the default number for that user?

That's a great idea but I can see one big problem with that. Say you're flipping through the favorites and you accidentally call someone you didn't mean to call. That may be just me but I know that I would accidentally call just about everyone if that feature was implemented.

Where did you find this?? I'd like to install ALL of the tabs... I want this version of the weather, as well as the stock tab! anywhere kno where to find it for the TP?!?!
i would like the people and the weather tab the stock would be good to but i don't need it as much having the weather show five days would be nice, it would also be nice if you had the option to show wind chill, wind speed/direction, pressure ect would be a really nice feature but i would have no idea how to do any of that

If I had any more than a basic understanding of Manila I would do it myself but I'm lost with mode9 manila files.

I had it working on my Touch Pro but it doesn't have landscape just yet. The author is working on a workaround but it's not ready yet.
Here's a cab I put together from files I used for my theme for enabling the extra buttons on the people tab like hd. I had images cfc compressed but uncompressed images to make this cab. Let me know how it works, works good on my att fuze running RSW 1.6 rom.
Didn't work in my Raphael 1.65 Rom
didnt work for me either..left me an empty peoples tab (stock rom SPRINT)

Didn't work for me either...using sprint TP with Juggalo ROM...left a blank people tab....

copy all files except .dsm and .rgu to \Windows
enable TF3D

I'have never seen this software But your screenshots are giving me a good clue on the Chinese menus. In the mean time, as I am checking your screens with my mobile, somethings are shown differently here. I will try to do some screenshots and send you back.
Those screenshots look irregular on my mobile as you see, I don't know why but you can see the difference with your screenshots. Maybe because of the language, from Cn to En. Anyhow, have a look pls.
I managed to find most of the programs of your ROM in En but you have to change some DLL because some programs like Efficasoft CeleTask are still in Cn even though I downloaded and installed En versions. Perhaps it takes some predefined values from the chinese dll or exe somewhere in \Windows.
a first step is a good step
maybe the issue is in the MUI files that come with the dll?
i have solved celetask and resco explorer installing my own cabs, and now they are in english (but they are A DUPLICATED SOFTWARES, not the same with english traslations, so i have to replace the links in start menu)
i see the issues on the advanced settings and menu or dpad selectors, but never find a cab for them, so i keep it as come ^^
some of those features are in the 6.5 rom for vox and excalibur (s710 and s630), maybe in that sections there are someone could help us?
Well, as I mentioned in the other discussion, I have a Vox with WM 6.5 from FireBurned. Just tell me how to implement those files in ccwav ROM because simply copy+paste doesn't work. It says it can't replace ROM files (whatevere is inside \Windows).
try with total commander (try at your own risk)

I could suggest also RSS HUB, is a "must" for our mobiles In the mean time I am going to test latest Opera. I was using the previous version with fake cursor and it seems cool.
also the " Skyfire " (tested on my s730) works perfect
Skyfire sometimes shuts down unexpectedly on my S730. Otherwise, is a great browser. I prefer it over latest Opera. I like the start page
By the way, as mentioned in the other post as well, can you please implement MMS Settings, Internet Connection Sharing and Java as well?

That's the max any wings variant has even the softbank variant.
Even for me, the English Version works quite OK. I don't have any hang ups or what so ever. Except after one reboot, I didn't have WiFi at all. I had to reboot again to view my WiFi under Connection Manager.
One bug I see now, perhaps it existed earlier as well, on my second keyboard I can't use Caps Lock or Fn option. The two small led look inactive. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Because the rom no ime,I will try to add T9 in this Rom fix this bug,but,i have no time .My work is busy.

Sorry for my bad English.
It`s means Only rom size is 256MB can use this Rom.
i just installed the test and it is lightning fast compared to alcalines rom.

Sometimes Wifi can't work.It`s seems the wifi driver bug in wm6.5 and I had try to fix it but fail.
