vibration while ringing - Touch Diamond, MDA Compact IV General

I set my diamond to ringing and vibration mode when someone calls. Is there a way to make the vibration stopped for a while and continue instead of making it vibrate the whole time while the ringtone is ringing? Something like making those types found in Nokia handphones

no one?

HKCU\ControlPanel\Sounds\RingTone0
Set Script to v1w1v1w1v1w1c50apw3c150r or use cab file below.

doesnt do the job. It just set my ringtone to vibrate and then ring...Tried changing it back to vibrate and ringing...remains the same. Phone kept a constant vibration and ringing when a call comes in.

vibate AND sound notification

I've had a Tilt for a few weeks and starting to love it. Previously I had a Blackberry and I loved being able to have both vibrate and sound simultaneously to notify receiving a call. Anyone able to do this on the Tilt/Kaiser?
Vibrate then or and ring on Tilt
It is possible to have the phone vibrate and ring simultaneously or vibrate then ring.
Start - Settings - Phone - Ring type (vibrate and ring)

Does anyone know of a programme to activate intermittent vibration? The continuous is a bit annoying. Thanks.

Incoming calls

HI guys! I have a little problem on my wings: when I'm already on a call and someone calls me, I don't recevive any acoustic alert; I mean, the screen shows me that there is another incoming call but if I have the phone at my ear I can't see the screen. Is there a way to make the phone ring or vibrate or anything else that tells me that there is another call??
THX
Settings=>Phone=>Call Waiting. Make sure "Provide call waiting notifications" is checked and then go into Settings=>Accessibility and change your In-call alert volume to increase the tone.
Thanks. I found out that I had changed too many keys in the registry

sms vibrate

when receiving an sms my diamond vibrates. which is great, i do not always hear the tone.
i would like to set the duration of the vibration. f.e. vibrate for 1 second.

Ringtone problem

Hi,
I have been having this problem for the last couple of days, for some reason the volume of my ringer has dramatically decreased to the point where i can't hear the phone ring when it's in my pocket (wasn't the case before). When i try to play the ring tone (it's a wave file by the way) using the media player the volume is normal and very loud, the same applies to when i play it from the settings->sounds&notifications the volume on the ring tone is perfect, but when i receive a phone call the ringer volume is cut down by more than half, i checked the ringer volume and it's set to the max, I also did a hard reset then restored my files using the sprint backup but the problem didn't get fixed, I tried using a different ring tones and the same happens. any help would be greatly appreciated.
There are three volume controls: System, Ring and In call Volume.
Have you checked the System Volume?
If you press up on the hard volume key, you'll see arrow on the top right to switch to the next vol control. Check there.

ringtone volume problem
the phone has the original stock rom from rogers (canada) hope this helps in any way
Have you got any profile managers installed (G-profile, Phoneweaver etc)?
ringtone volume problem
no i dont have a profile managers installed... so i just noticed that when the phone start ringing and i dont pick up, a second before the phone stops ringing the volume of the ringtone increases to the normal level (then stops ringing), the increase of the ringtone volume happens for like a split second after the caller hangs up and the phone stops ringing. hope this helps in any way. Thank you
Sounds like you have a Ringtone delay problem, there are a couple of solutions.
1. Disable HTC dialer (and use the Winmo one instead), can be done using Advanced Configurator 3.3.
2. Try the CAB I've attached, remember to only use WAV as ringtone though.
I would also recommend adjusting Call Forwarding timing to 30seconds. Settings/Phone/Services/Call Forwarding and get settings.
Disabling the HTC dialer is probably going to be the best solution as the HTC dialer is a hungry resource eating monster but I would just try the CAB and adjusting Call Forwarding time. There are some other REG setting as well but I never found them useful.
