I recently changed from trinity to dimond. My problem is when I file transfer the photos from Media Player (my laptop), the size is only 320 X 240 instead of 1600 X 1200. The result is that when I see them in the Pictures & Video the images do not take full size i.e too small. The size of each photo is only 22k where as in my laptop is over 1mg.
What is the problem? Is it a bug? I can not find any setting of increasing the file conversion either from activesync or from anywhere else.

Hey i've recently been trying to convert video from avi to play on my g1/dream
for some strange reason it wont play properly the image is heavly pixelated it's laggy and skippy (for lack of a better word will describe in detail if needed) with no sound
im on os x 10.4 so handbrake is out of the question. i've been using toast titanium with these settings
iphone/ipod touch custom
file format =MP4
video format= H.264
Image size= 480 x 320
Data rate= 864kbps
Frame rate= 25/sec
Key frame= auto
Audio= ACC-LC
Data rate= 96kbps
Channels= stereo
Output sample rate=44.100 kHz
i was told these were the optimum settings, any ideas?
ps. i have also tried leaving it at the original iphone settings and changing just the image size to no avail same issue
are you telling me no one has even transcribed video for their g1 before?
try reducing the data rate to under 700 or so.
Hi,
I'd like to automatically resize my images when syncing them with my Lumia. Anyway to do that?
I can give you a funny little .exe file that will resize all images in a folder to a specific size and convert them to JPGs, however, you will have to do the conversion manually before syncing with your lumia and some pictures may look weird (the aspect ratio is sometimes not saved).
Been testing out the camera video-taking functions and capabilities. found out that the apps has an internal limit on the video size, regardless of resolution. the max size is 4gig and the app itself will automatically stop taking any further video.
is this a known limit with Camera app in Xperia devices ? I have googled and found no references to it although I have found references to Android devices being able to take video of more than 4gigs so this couldn't be an Android limitation.
Please take not it is not due to the FAT32 file size limitation as my SDcard is formatted NTFS and mounted using Paragon. Have absolutely no problem copying and storing file whose size are bigger than 4gigs.
How do I send an existing video on my turbo via mms ?
The videos created by the Turbo are too large to be sent via MMS. I just created a 1 second video of my keyboard and it was 2.04 MB and the limit for MMS is 1 MB. If you use the Capture Video option from within a text, it creates a much smaller video (320 x 240) and a 9 second video is only 165 KB.
You would need some kind of video compression app if there is one available.
I am able to see how to change the video recording quality under camera settings but I can't find how to adjust the mp for image size on the camera. sometimes I like to use a low MP so the files are not to large to send via e-mail. any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
The only solution I found is to synchronize with google photos and send the uploaded photo (google lowers resolution and size)

this is driving me nuts as well , is there no way to get it back where you can see the actual resolution settings and the aspect ratio ?
i dont know what to choose by these little images
So which setting do I choose if I want to take a low resolution image to send via e-mail?
Interesting your finding.....
The only way to adjust the MB would be by opening the camera.. but instead of selecting settings, select the [3:4], where you can select another type of picture size that this will change also the resolution or MB of each pictures.
Yes, I know it's not the ideal but trying to assist you
