Selling my HTC Diamond with everything, box, cables, there is about 9 months warranty on it and it's from Hong Kong, so it's unlocked with V1.93 english. Let me know if anyone is interested, was thinking of selling it for $600 US without shipping.

Hi! I'm interested to buy the new HTC Tytn II which is still not locally available here in the Philippines. The only option I have right now is to purchase it online and have it shipped here. I'm a little bit concerned though because this is a fairly expensive device and I do not want to end up being scammed by some bogus online site. I hope someone can give me a recommendation based on past experience from an online retailer.
Also, does anyone know if HTC has worldwide support/ warranty for their products regardless where it was purchased?
Thank you and any feedback will greatly be appreciated.
Just got one in Hong Kong, the price is HKD$ 6000.
I don't think the HTC will provide worldwide warranty.
Thanks ben_998. Did you get yours directly from a HK based store or online? If you got it online, please give me their URL so I can inquire about shipping the device to my location.

Hi,
Im about to purchase a Diamond from the Expansys Hong Kong site and have a few questions.
I presume that the handsets are unlocked and unbranded. Is this correct?
Are there any fellow Aussie's who have purchased the handset from Expansys HK?
Any other experiences with Expansys that users wish to add would be welcomed.
Thanks
Almost all phones in HK are unlocked, unless you buy it with a carrier here. So it is safe to assume that the Diamond that you'll purchase in Expansys HK is unlocked and unbranded.
Indeed these eXpansys ones are SIM Free HK Versions Rom = 1.34
.

Hi! I'm new on xda and I have a very important question.
I want to buy TOPAZ in Australia (by eBay) and I'm wondering if it will be working properly in Europe (Poland exactly).
Price is the main reason.
If you can, tell me also where you can buy (which country) cheapest, brand new TOPAZ
Peace!
i'm in Australia and bought mine from the UK as it was available there, but not here, and also it was cheaper there than would have been here (under AUD$800)
The UK version of the phone works just fine in Australia, so as long as Poland uses any of the frequency bands the Diamond2 supports, it'll be just fine.
i think that for me is cheaper to buy in Australia than in UK because of my currency. for 1 pound I must pay 5.3 polish zloty (PLN) and for 1 australian dollar only 2.6 PLN...if I want to buy in UK it should cost about 300pounds...do you know any good, trusted eshops?
Clove.co.uk is very trustable...
got mine from ebay:
cc-electronicshk
under $700AUD delivered including an 8gb memory card!!!
bewdiful mate
I've searched on ebay some fine offers and I think that Australian Dollar is the best option about price. However it's making another problem. CC Electronics doesn't ship to Europe...
Hi guys,
I was wondering if there is a possibility to buy Nexus 7 (8 or 16 GB model) in UK retailer, which is shipping it outside UK - especially to Poland.
Do you know such place, where I could get it shipped to me, directly? I know there is eBay and so on, but cost is too high for me. I don't feel like paying extra 70 GBP
Thank you for your help!
Hi, the user MysteriousDiary has bought his Nexus 7 from UK and received it in Germany thanks to a DHL service. I post here his reply to my ask that is very interesting:
My question:

Thanks, Marco
His reply:
As far as I know from german android forums the warranty is international.
I've used boderlinx which is a service of DHL. borderlinx(dot)com
They give you a uk or us adress where you can let the tablet ship you. once it arrived at borderlinx they will send it to you. This service of them costs you about 20€ but they do it very fast. I've ordered on tuesday and got it today on thursday.
