Anyone of yuou knows what locoroco is??

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pFKpyScxv0k
this game can be played on psp with only 2 buttons:
L to rotate the screen left..
R to rotate the screen right..
L+R to make locoroco jump..
i think this game can be amazed cloned for the htc diamond using the accelerometer to be controlled..
rotate left, rotate right, tilt to jump..
i can do the graphic..but i can't code..think about it

cool game

That would be awesome....it's a brilliant game and would be great tilting the phone to control it.

yes ive been looking all over to see if they have a windows mobile version of this game..it would be perfect with the tilting as Desmondo said....the iphone i believe has this game =( ...when will windows mobile get games like this grrr

A Program that proves Diamond has Multi Touch Screen!!

Here we go... A nice program... Just put more than one finger on the screen... it recognize them all!! (it does not create a swirl for each finger, but it takes the average of coordinates and locate the center of swirl there)
It means that diamond screen can recognize more than one point simultaneously... (i wish i am not wrong)
Wasn't that behaviour always the case for single-touch devices?
Yes, that's not multitouch. Average of all touch is the default behavior for many touch devices including touchpads at laptops.
If they had really put a Multi touch Screen into the Diamond so why isn´t it in use????

Not a good argumentation. They've put a lot of HW in the diamond that we'll probably never use (heat-sensitive buttons, accelerated 3d graphic i.e.)
what are you talking about...first of all OS has to support multitouch...its the same as you cannot use HW when you havent SW support = drivers...
....but if its multitouch or not I ll try it in the evening...
Is it NOT Multitouch. It's a simple Resistive Touch Display.
This is how it works... it measures the resistance between two layers, if you connect the two layers at multiple points, the result is a point in the middle of the connection points.

anyone know of a freeware that show the time even inside PC games?

thanks... this is with regards to windows PC..
anyoneeee?
don't even think it's possible
most games blt directly into the framebuffer and bypass everything real windows
so overlays are not an option
so all you got is the program could try and blt it's clock text on the framebuffer very often this would require a good deal of cpu power compared to it just showing the time
and if the game it's suppose to access's framebuffer is locked by the game it's not possible at all
I once made a vb6 app that painted a red dot on the center of the screen, and that worked with games so yeah its possible

thanks for the time however FRAPS manage to put the framerate on screen ...
Its possible -- I remember that there were some apps that are like Vindows Vista Widgets and display clock on the desktop in XP -- maybe some of these work in games(set them to be on top of other apps)!!!!
I have 2 places to look for clock - my keyboards LCD and my Motherboards LCD poster..
About the framebuffer things... fraps (the game recorder) overlays stuff on the screen, so it should be possible, and it would be a great idea!

Auto Rotate to the right??

I was wondering if there is a way to get it to Auto Rotate to the right, where the scroll ball is on the left side. Would be nice for NESroid to use as a dpad vs the one screen touch.
Im sure thers a setting to flip the games screen upside down ... buttons will not change so it will read upside down but u will have hte trakball as a d-pad lol
Im not 100% on that so yanoo dont quote me on it lol
EDIT: just cheked n yeh it does hav it ... aslong as u r on about Nesoid lol not Nesroid
haha yeah I noticed the Flip screen option but the problem is the phone auto rotate doesnt trigger when you rotate to the right.
I think this is a very valid request in general. For the G1 it made sense to have auto rotate only to the left, as that was the keyboard orientation, but since then we'd have plenty of touch-only Android devices, and it doesn't really make sense for a touch device to have landscape orientation only to one side and not the other. At the same time the dpad/trackball could be remapped as well which should allow users to use the trackball on whichever side they like.
I know the Moto MB200(Cliq/Dext) had this functionality. So if any devs what to look into it.
some early G1 ROMs supported this, so I'm sure its possible. I'm thinking it was only in a few early cupcake based ROMs, maybe even pre-cupcake back in the days when it was just JesusFreke, Haykuro, and TheDude developing & releasing.
Its done now... try CMs ROM

360 Degree Rotation?

My friend has an app on his HTC Touch Pro 2 that lets him rotate the phone and the screen will flip to that orientation (depending on the apps hes in), for instance, he flips the phone upside down and the screen rotates to that position. I'm curious if we may have such an app or function for the HTC Hero?
If it helps, I'm rooted and currently running the Android 1.56
Ask darch. He currently has that feature enabled on darchdroid.
Google sky does it. Just an app though.
Helix Launcher does a landscape home screen, but not 360.
I was always kind of surprised that the phones doesn't do this natively.

Seriously. You'd think it would. you know it could.
I'd love this feature. Because of the headphone port being at the top, every time I pull the phone out of my pocket to skip a track it's upside down in my hand. Would be so convenient if it flipped the screen for me.
I think darch got it in darchdroid because of a CyanogenMod framework that allows you to do it....

Question Fullscreen not working for some games COC

Noticed when playing Clash of clans yesterday, the application doesn't scale full screen. With controls floating some distance from the end of the screen.
Is this an app issue or there is a device setting I'm missing?
This is app managed but that is actually good as the area behind the camera isn't touch responsive so it would not work in some cases.
