whats new ?:
- this is a nearly original wheee theme, all credits for Idea and look go to Ufufu and i use again the sticker icons, other grafics and background made by me. This theme has new topbar graphics and a new missed calls-icon that will come to snowwhite and free! theme with next update (This 3 sticker-iconsthemes use exactly the same xmls only the backgrounds are different)

I recommend to do this SETTINGS for your ppc:
(how to: open the xml or txt files with with "totalcommander", or on your PC with "windows Editor", make the following changes, choose "save" (NOT "save as.."), put xmls or txt files back in the theme folder of you PPC and restart todaylife.)
Edit the config.xml :
1. go down to "emaildefaultparam" and there you find:"freenet.de". Replace this with the name of your account.
2. go down to CalendarAction and set it to 1 (=default windows mobile Calendar) otherwise my settings open thumbcal !
3. go down to time format and change it to 12 or 24
4. go to SMS Action and set it to 0 if you don want to open pocketcm
5. you can do more changes (SMS Alarm settings/Lock-settings), they are explained in the xml !
6. change language in the appointments: open the portrait.xml and the landscape.xml . You will find this text:
<Today>Heute</Today>
<Tomorrow>Morgen</Tomorrow>
<AllDay>.....</AllDay>
<MultiDay>.....</MultiDay>
change this four words in this lines to any language
7. change the date format in both portrait.xml and landscape.xml: <Format>dddd, d. MMMM yyyy</Format>
8. add the name and path of you applications for the launcher in the "Applications.txt". Can be ".exe" or ".lnk" and works also with parameters.

- this are my qvga themes (also Landscape support) for the FAST FULLSCREEN Software/GUI "todayLife" made by DAZZLINGDAZ. 2. how to install and what additional software do i need ?
- you need nothing more. i works with wm 6.0 and wm 6.1 with NetFramework 2.0 or 3.5. And no need to install !!! unzip the folder put it on your phone and start the todaylife.exe. If you dont like it delete just the folder thats it.
3. What is working till now ? :
- not everything, test it, but i update this skin everytime that there are some new functions for you.
4. I´m having bugs/Problems/Ideas ?
- if you have a bug/Problem/Idea or want to modify my theme and dont know how: post it here, if its not running or you have a request to the programmer post it in the above thread.
5. Can you make this theme to VGA ?
- no sorry i cant, i don´t have the time and biggest Problem: i dont have a vga device for testing the graphics here. But todaylife works well with VGA.

Guys - to change a skin pack to a different resolution takes time!!! the icons may be too small for starters - BUT - you can change most of it yourself - simply by editing the portrait.xml and landscape.xml and making all the X and Y coordinates double - S(ize) attributes for things like the calendar can be doubled too

I am still developing the program - so it is correct that some tabs are empty - this is by design and allows for expansion as I develop.

When i click the speaker icon my screen darkens, but i dont get a volume control. I have to reset the phone to get out of it. Anyone else have this problem?

A new landscape carbon springboard and landscape black background were added to the package of graphics in the Portrait folder. The landscape theme calls on the graphics in the portrait folder.
- For best results, change the phatphinger layout display to "Phat(240x320)+145.wpl". Since adding the landscape it doesnt fit quite right, this layout size looks good in both portrait and fits well in landscape.

Feel free to throw out a few icon requests if you need some custom icons made for your apps. Ive slimmed it all down to the bare essentials to be space saving and fast loading. Buttons are "tactile" for that feedback feeling, wa3 buttons are tactile as well, and nice loading animation created too. All icons are included as well.

Hi Torx,
This by far the best creation for iphone theme for WAD/WA3. This is far more stable than 0.3. and i am a fan of yours. I am on Wizard and this theme is running for last one week. Ofcourse its not full proof. after a day or day & half you need to re-boot the PPC as the memory is too low (this is more so a windows problem), sometime the system becomes very slow but regains the original form after 5-10 min without any apparant reasons, during this time CPU is 57-65% used. The battery drain is more with WAD/WA3 running. This may be taken care of by them.
One issue i want your help is how to back-up the current configiration and file so that if have to reset or update with new ROM then my theme can be restored with minimal efforts and tweaking.
Just wanted to say I have settled on this for my Hermes theme. It is a fantastic piece of software. I am still setting up my phone. Any M$Office icons to go with this?

You can set that up yourself. Add the empty clock icon from one of the themes, add custom text %T12% or %T24% (your choice) and you will have a working clock...
I notice the volume, battery and telco icons are not transparent when I try to change the background color. Can you make them transparent?

Creating iPhone icons
I was hoping that someone could give me some guidance please on using the .psd templates for creating my own icons for Torx iPhone skin?
As an example of what I have done: I am using Gimp but am somewhat a novice user. I have loaded the icon for eWallet as one layer and overlaid the blank_template.psd file on top. This looks nearly correct and I get the lovely shading of the template over the top of the original icon but does not quite mask out the Torx button shape as the template would suggest. Instead each corner still has some grey pixels.
I save the image as a .png file then convert it to a .tga with AlphaConv.exe.
Loading the .tga file into WAD works fine but I still see the grey pixels in the corners so it is not a "clean" icon image. So near yet so far...
Does anyone have ideas of what else I need to do?

I dont really have any way to test VGA, so that would be difficult for me to do... I think some users on PocketCM website have made themes into VGA, maybe you could ask around for someone willing to do this? If you get the settings.ini file done in VGA form, I will redo graphics.

For making it blue instead of gray, just open up all the graphics in the .zip that are grey and color balance them to be blue in photoshop or some program like that... if you need more help dont hesitate to ask

Download whichever theme (which is a .zip file) you like (basically just choose which SMS bubbles you like) from the first post
then, drag the .zip file you downloaded to the PocketCM Contacts folder on your Device (I am not sure where this is or what it is called on your device)
then in options within PocketCM Contacts - which you will find by holding down the phone button and releasing on the settings cog icon - press the button "Select Theme" and select the name of whichever theme you downloaded and placed in the PocketCM Contacts folder

Got it sorted - I'm using a Mac and it auto unzips folders after download, and rezipping them doesn't seem to work. Downloaded from a PC and it worked - thanks for the theme!

very true, as i designed it to be a replica of the iphone gui, which is as you say, just buttons. i just wanted to give it a go and share with the community. thanks so much for trying and commenting, i appreciate it. any improvements you would suggest?
i know its pretty lame but i think just a home screen woud be suffice
i think ur buttons are the cleanest and most detailed so i wouldnt change that.

Unfortunately doesn't really work for me (SPB MS 2.1.0.3363). I have a lot of Icons which have no Description. They are titled Icon 1, Icon 2, Icon 3 and so on. Perhaps i've done something wrong during installation ?

You work fast... and it didn't disappoint! Great work, if there are people out there who cannot see the new neon icons they must change the config.xml. In there, at the end, are the icon paths, change from Touchflo3d to Neon Theme. and reload. Now who knows how to change the text to a larger neon text below the 'big' icon ???

Text below big icons need adjust it on Photophop or other graphic editor !!! This is the only one way!

Some feedback
I love this theme . To make it work I'va had to make some changes in the XML's (my fault, because they where incorrectly written in the original Touchflo3D theme). Some references where pointed to Touchflo3D folder hardcoded so the footer and the settings icons where the one's of the main Touchflo3D theme... After moding the xml's everything works perfectly .
BTW, you should also remove the savedinfo folder and the vars.xml files. Those contain your personal Widget's locations and your theme configuration . Some settings could make the theme crash (flash if there's not flash 7 installed for example). If you remove the vars.xml the theme will work perfectly .

Its been a while since i've used TL - but when I go to use the replacement background - I have to use Today setting, find the background and use it - this then makes the background very washed out - is there another way in order to use the background image properly and where does the image need to be added to.

yes i had problem when i tried to install it while i dont have Touchflo 3d installed i got error report that footer is not there and the back.png-skin folder is not there too but when i did that it is working !!

ON WAKE UP THROTTLLAUNCHER KEEP LOADING FOR WHILE AND SOME TIMES FREEZES !!!!

Great job only thing I would add to the home tab would number of missed voice mails (would love to see a version you did with matching neon icons for missed calls and voice mail's), other than that it is perfect out of the box.

Instructions:
1) Backup you M2D theme with M2DC
2) Install my WP7 Black 6.5 theme (optional but recomended with the M2D theme - I install this to device)
3) Install WP7 M2D theme with M2DC (save theme to storage card or storage, open M2DC> Add> Select WP7 theme> Highlight WP7 theme> Apply Theme***do not check either box***)
4) Install WP7 Clock (skinny white) to device
5) Install Font to Windows (optional but recomended)
6) Change the following fonts in M2DC (to get the look of mine, but again not necesary):
Home Tab Title Text > Color = Black
Big Icon Scrolling Tab Text> Color =Black
Generic Tab Title Text > Color = Black
Tab Bar Unread Msg Count Text > Font Face = Zegoe Light - U, Font Size = 24, Font Color = White ***Highly Recomended Change***
Music Tab Song Text > Font Face = Zogoe Light - U, Font Size = 28, Font Color = White
Music Tab Artist Text > Font Face = Zogoe Light - U, Font Size = 36, Font Color = White
Music Tab Time Text > Font Size = 8

This is the beta and I will need to address the following things:
*I have to update the mail pics in the email tab, they look pixelized now
*I added the Calendar tab for people who want to use a flash calander, but I have not yet implemented this on my own (disable Operator tab in M2DC if you want - otherwise it's blank)
*It is supposed to say camera at the top of the pictures tab but Im having trouble figuring out what is wrong at this moment (if you tab the top of the screen it will start the camera)
*The music tab is a bit of an odd one...I didnt want to put the text next to the album but there doesnt seem to be a way to left justify it and it looked ****ty above and in the center - its supposed to go off the screen on this version, to follow the WP7 look and kind of get around the centering issue
*The internet tab looks kind of crappy - I cant get rid of the "Launch Browser" it wont let me change the text to black or the size in M2DC and I have to fix the mask over browser (you'll see)
*The locate button at the top of the search screen is not working (this tab is very complicated) however you can just hit enter on your keyboard after you enter your text
*I would love to have the single colum look on the programs tab, but it doesnt seem possible
Things I like that wont be changed (much)
*The Home screen, Contact, Messages, most of the Email tab, weather tab (I love this one), Setting tabs (maybe my favortie)

Find me someone who does themes...and ask if they want to work on this and I will help them (there is a guy who is doing themes now for you guys over in the M2D themes section who already used my idea (
) for the bottom slider...maybe he would be interested)
Most of the theme should work for you guys but of course the bottom bit will be cut off. You just need to find someone who is willing to mess with the xml
I dont have a QVGA device and have no way to test it - thanks for your interest and keep me posted.
