Weird problem, IE shows up blank for loading website

Hi,
I'm using WM5 Himalaya Rom on SX66. Everything is working fine.
I'm able to use wifi to browse my computer through shared drive and I can update the weather wirelessly on SPB Weather.
But when I try to load webpages on IE, it shows:
Connecting...
Opening...
1KB
then the page is blank. I don't get any error whatsoever.
My network setting is (My work Network; work network), with proxy setting (this network connects to internet) enabled. I tried disabling this checkbox, no difference.
My network adapters is (Work; NE2000 Compatible Ethernet Driver)
Any help will be appreciated!

Still blank pages, can someone help or have any idea?

Set the language to Western European under IE options. That has been helpful in the past.

Connect to a secured network with windows mobile 6

Hello,
I have an HTC Kaiser with WM6 on it, and I try to connect to a PEAP secured
network. Every time I connect to the network, I get the message "Cannot log
on to the wireless network. This network requires a personal certificate to
positively identify you." I tried to edit the registry as said here:

but it still doesn't work. Maybe anyone has a solution?

i hab the same problem with the network at my university,
after upgrading to 6.1 it works fine, cause you can disable ne cert-use

ATT Tilt Unable to connect OperaMini 4.1 Final with WIFI

Hello, I have a Att Tilt (HTC Tytn II) running WM 6.0 on which I have installed OM v. 4.1.11355
I can use my service provider's GPRS connection to surf using Opera without any problems. However, when I use the WIFI at home, I always get an error saying the phone is not connected. If I use the inbuild PIE, I am able to connect and browse without any problems.
On trawling various sites (XDA included), I found messages that ask me to enable one thing (SSN) or another (check option to use Wi-Fi). However, the only settings option that is available under "Network" is "Protocol". I tried changing Socket to http, but no it did not help either.
Can someone please help?

Cannot connect to any network (GPRS,3G,EDGE...)

I am using the HTC touch Diamond with the official 1.93 ROM.
I cannot connect to any internet networks like GPRS,3G,EDGE .... Eventho i see the icon that signalizes that this some internet network is in reach (like G for GPRS or E for EDGE) but when i click for example on weather update in touchflo 3d it doesnt connects. I cant even connect in any other programs so its not a problem with touchflo...I really dont know what to do...maybe it is because few days ago i installed a program for automatic disconecting from internet...It was called GB-SOFT-Tweak WM5. But I didnt really used it and I uninstalled it.
However i can connect to WIFI.
Please help me what to do...I really dont know anymore.

I have same problem as you. However, I have 2.03 official ROM. Edge and GPRS are not working, but wifi is okay..Please help..

How do I connect my Diamond thru Bluetooth to another phone with GPRS?

My Problem is the following:
I have my Diamond, which I use for work purposes, and my work Mobile subscription does not have Internet access.
However, I do have a private Mobile subsciption WITH internet access, which I have installed in a different (Nokia3109) Phone
The Internet works in the Phone, I can also use it as modem for my Laptop thru Bluetooth (works fine with the *99# and connection string I have setup)
NOW... I also want to use it as Bluetooth modem for my Diamond... problem (I think) is that in Windows Mobile 6.1, I can not configure the connection string anywhere. I have paired it already through bluetooth, Bluetooth services says indeed that I have Dialup Modem service, and it is also shown in the connection setup (I can select Bluetooth Modem as device)
For settings I use *99# as number, username password I have, but I cannot connect.
I DO know the connection string, which I have also used for my laptop... but don't know where to put it!!
can anyone help me in this?

You have to add manually a STRING parameter named "3" into
HKLM/Drivers/Unimodem/Init
This is a place where you put your modem initialization string.
Usually it looks like
AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","APN of your provider"<cr>
It should be ok then

It did not work however, I think the bluetooth connection was not very well...
I reflshed my ROM and tried again... now it work (although partly only...)
I can now update the weather and the stock information easily, but Windows Live Messenger, email or Webpages give errors of not being able to connect.
(e.g. with Internet Explorer, the Status bar first says connecting, then Locating, and that is where it stops (after a while) and gives the message it cannot find a page.
Do you maybe also have an answer for that?
