Power button doesn't work --Please Help! - MDA III, XDA III, PDA2k, 9090 Software Upgrading

Hi,
my friend have damaged the power button, doesn't work.
In other words, I cannot press power+softreset+record, power button doesn't work.
Instead, softreset+camera+record(hard reset) work.
How I can enter in boot loader mode for upgrading it from WM5, the current o.s. installed, to WM6?
Any idea?
Thanks in advance

[Q] Need help!! Not able to boot in bootloader or hard reset

Recently my mobile fell down , after that i am facing below issue,
1.Holding volume down+power button is not getting me into bootloader mode.
2. Holding camera+volume down+power buttons gets into bootloader mode but i cant do hard reset using any combinations(including left+right softkeys and hardreset button )
3. Also unlocking using power button opens a hell lot of windows instead showing home screen
I guess this has to do something with hardware
Can this be rectified somehow?
just changed radio problem solved

Help! My phone works, but I cannot power on by button.

Hi!
I have a SGS I9000. I can access to Download and Recovery Mode without problems, but I cannot power on the phone by the power button. If I connect it to PC in download mode, and restart by Odin, it runs (and the power button works perfect) but if I power off the phone, I cannot power on it again.
Do you know any solution to this problem?
Thanks a lot.
Cheers.

S10 stuck on bootloop!

Guys I need your help. I powered down my S10 and when I turned it back on it is stuck on a boot loop. I get all the way to the lock screen until it restarts and boot up again. I've tried holding down the volume down and power button but it won't work.
Are there other button combos I can try out?
I am S.O.L. right now and I'd appreciate the help!
thx

My apologies if you know this, but I didn't see you mention the Bixby key when trying to get to the recovery menu.

Maybe it was a setting you changed, or an app. Any important change you made before this? You can try booting in safe mode (Hold the power on key until the Samsung logo appears, when Samsung logo appears, release the power key and hold the Vol Down button until it finishes restarting.
To enter recovery mode, you have to boot the phone holding together the power key and the vol UP button.
This happened to me a few weeks ago. It rebooted at least 20 times but it eventually fixed itself. (Had to do a force restart on it a few times as well.) Are you able to try and launch in safe mode?
