i was looking at this 2d counterstrike style game
http://www.dabontv.com/game177.html
and thought it would be really cool to play on my phone. I know that our phones can play flash, so is it possible to create a flash file from the website and play it from my phone?
you can install flash player 7 for mobiles: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer_pocketpc/downloads/player.html
and play flash 7 compatible games, like you find here: http://www.wiiplayable.com/
'cause wii too is flash 7
but its not optimized for small displays and therefore not too comfortable
flash player 7 from the link u gave me isnt a player, its a add on for pocket IE. i was looking for a player that would play downloaded flash games. u can download flash games from online from this firefox addon

Just wondering is it posible to watch embedded flash based movies on my wm6 device? I want to watch movies from places like www.globo.com. Ive installed tcmp and the flash bundle and it works great with google and youtube but i still cant watch www.globo.com anyone know of any software that will let me watch movies like these?
No one has any ideas?
I don't think this is possible..you need flash player for that.. and the only one available is flash 7 which is not hte standard nowaday...
I hope I'm wrong though
Hi all, I noticed a program on Itje's new rom. Its Adobe Flash lite. I've done some searches on this program but I'm not sure exactly what it is used for. Has anyone had any success using this program? Can it be used to play youtube videos for example? or play flash games? Does the application launch from pocket ie? I'm just trying to get an understanding for the purpose of the program.
Thanks
I read posts through Google about it working for people, but it doesn't work for me. All it manages to do is lock up my IE Pocket when I reach a page that uses flash. To play flash videos I use TCPMP and thi Flash Video Bundle, but it only works for Youtube and Google Videos for me at least. It also plays divx and avi files.
Will the Pocket Player do/play everything the Core does? I'm leaning towards the Pocket Player since it does streaming audio. Also, when I attempt to stream video from some sites it says I need to have the lastest flash player. Exactly what flash player do I need? I have Adobe Flash installed on my Tilt but it still says I need ti get the latest Flash Player. Any thoughts or recommendations?
flash player
The flashplayer they are referring to is flash 9 I believe, for notebooks/ desktops.
.
go to adobe website and download the mobile flash player and install it. Pocket player is much better organizing and selecting music. the only advantage is see coreplayer has over pocket player is coreplayer is able to play MOV video files.
i have installed from adobe, still no video. just sound on the coreplayer. i am out of ideas. i tried everything that i found on xda. oh well, guess i will just watch youtube at home
Wich player do i need to play megavideo.com clips on a xperia wm 6.1?

How do I see the simulation on the link on my Samsung galaxy note http://vam.anest.ufl.edu/simulations/bpposition.html
I can view the simulation on my laptop but not on my note. I can play flash files but not this simulation. I tried downloading swf player but makes no difference. What player or browser do I need to download to see such simulationa on my note.
Any pointers is much appreciated. Even better if I can download and play such simulations on my note.
the simulation file you are looking for is
http://vam.anest.ufl.edu/simulations/bpposition.dcr
it's a shockwave file that plays with shockwave player from macromedia or adobe now. I don't think any current android browser or even app support the ability to play that type file. And upto my knowledge there is no way to convert it to swf even they are all from macromedia. so ya... you kinda out of luck here wit this as of right now.
solution... maybe remote desktop to your computer to play it lol..... but that's ghetto XD
Loads of simulations online and on powerpoint slides are made with shock wave, so I can't play it with my phone presently.hope some player plus browser can do that soon.
Thanks and have a nice day
