Hello, everyone! I just put a horrible scratch into the screen of my mda compact iv. i found out, that the spare parts are similar as for the htc victor, the diamond's brother.
I'm looking for something like this (possibly from Germany?)
can i replace it´on my own? is there a guide for disassembly? found nothing suitable using the search function...

hi,
im looking for an spare touchpanel.
last week i droped it and touchpanel was broken, but the display itself still works.
then i was looking for an spare touchpanel but found nothing!
i just found a few display and touchpanel combos but not the single touchpanel, and i konw that i can buy it seperately.
so if anyone knows where to get then, please post here!!!
ps: im living in germany, so it would be nice if somebody would find a german shop (i didnt). but i woluld be happy too if i generally find a shop.

Hey folks, I'm new to the kaiser and mostly this forum. I am trying to find a rom for my new kaiser thats in the mail. I have seen a rom that looks like the HTC touch for the Tytn and was wondering with it also existed for the TytN II?

There are many Roms that do this and there is also" window dressing" that does this . After searching the roms , search 6 Tab Home Plug in, and HTC Home Customizer. Searching, Reading and coming back with specific questions will make you many friends here. Welcome to the forum.

Ohh...just go to the service centre and they will get the job done for free...no need to void the warrenty all by urself!!!
The warranty is no longer only 2 years. The phone its not really mine is from my brother in law and i havehardware experience.
Mine is htc touch wm 6.5.

Still,u can pretty sue them for problems when u r in the warranty period!!!
i need to change housing on my htc
my htc viva has been badly worn out and i'm getting a new housing unit and cover from ebay, it would be helpful if i could change it by following any disassembly guide such as given for htc touch model in this forum.
