Hello guys , i have a big problem , i can't access to my mass storage ..
When i connect my Diamond to the computer , it is said that i have only 82mb of free space , it is also the same in the settings option , in the hardware information.
Finallt i try to clear my internal storage , an error appear , saying " Tha mass storage cannot be accessed "
My Rom version is 1.34.831.1 WWE
Any idea of what i need to do ?

Apparently , it's said that the stockage device ( the 4gb ) are not installed .. Do you think if i install a newx version of the rom, it could work again ?
I believe internal storage is not available when connected to a computer. If you disconnect the computer the storage should be available.
The internal storage isn't visible (on your Diamond) when you connect the Diamond to your computer when in external drive mode. When you connect through Activesync, you should be able to see the internal storage of 4gb.

Yes it is. What`s the hell Drive mode for ? WHen you connect it as External Drive you have new Device you must wait a minute, windows install drivers for it and then you can see it as new "Partition" like you connected USB stick
Well i've been looking for a solution the whole night , i didn't find anything . I tried both to connect with active sync , and on hard drive mode, my the problem still the same . + in the storage card menu , i is said that the storage card is not installed .... how to fix this problem ??
Go to Settings -> Memory ->Storage card -> Total storage card memory : ???
if you have there nothing then your device is faulty. For me it`s 3832.50 MB
i already explain that i have nothing here ... Seems the storage card hasn't ben installed ... Should i install a new rom ?
well you can try to flash new rom but this rather seems to be a faulty device
Internal Storage lost
HI my touch diamond has the same problem.This is the 2nd phone iv had to have this fault . my first went wrong after one day then the replacment phone went wrong after 3rd day. orange have no answer to the fault as yet. i find it strange that my first phone and then the replacment phone both developed the same faults. the onling thing in common being i used both phones in mass storage mode to load up music files and then the next day fault there. if that any help in resolving this issue need mine fixed to

Hello everyone. I have discovered a strange problem on my Diamond. When I try to transfer something to Internal Storage from the PC (a MP3 file , for example - a very small one) I get the "NOT ENOUGHT STORAGE SPACE" error on my device.
I have checked the properties in the Diamond, and apparently the 4GB disk drive is recognized properly (i have 3 gb of memory free).
I tried to flash another stock WM 6.1 ROM and a hard reset, with the stylus, but no luck.
Do you know what could be wrong ? And how can i fix it. Thanks!

have you tried on another computer ?
also try hard resetting along with formatting your internal storage aswell....you get an option for that in the hardreset menu.
or u can go to the settings and format your internal storage from there

clear your browser cache, cookes, and history. Fixed my low storage memory problem.
i have thist problem i flahed w/ dutty 3.3 and after i flahed i do a hard reset, then when the device start it dosent show me te internal storage of 4gb, the diamond isnt coneted to a pc and i have flashed w/ diferents roms and i conected to a pc as a disk drive but windwos give and error "windows cannot conect to the device" i have do a hard reset and select the option to clean moviNAND and go to settings clear storage and nothing.... i read in other forums something similar but w/ sprints phone and spring have a hotfix but it dosent work in my gsm phone

i couldnt use internal and it was so slow so i wipe data + cache , formated memory , then there is no usable memory card when i go to setting > storage /or htc sync shows 0/0 size for my phone. but when i go to app , there is 26GB free storage for apps , how can i convert unusable memory to usable ??? ..... and phone is unlocked , and its not s-off ....
and when iam instaling ruu , when program is sending file , progresing bar doest move and after some times a error will come .
since iam a n00b , is there anyway to update a rom from pc like ODIN (my last phone was samsung ) and not from storage ??
i think i can use a otg and install custom rom from recovery , maybe memory partission will be reseted .....
please help it just a week that i bought it

So I updated my phone from wp8.1 to windows 10 withh language packs installed and customPFD applied........ but after updating my phone the storage check is showing only whatsapp installed on phone memory but the phone memory shows 1.02GB of space used for apps+games so can anyone plz help caz now i'm lacking space in my internal memory

Hello,in primis make a backup of our data then, if you want I repeat if you want (there's no danger in do it) try an hard reset (settings=>info=>restores your phone).
if you tell me what your phone it is, there is a way to do the hard reset with button combination when the phone is off. I say to you to do an hard reset because tech prew is instable and when the os try to migrate the data between old and new version some errors can be incurring. after the hard reset you can restore your data with backup ( you must configure your phone as brand new)
