Hi all, just a little help please - I installed duttys new rom, but I was used to a sound which was on swifts rom - I didnt backup it, and already set all the things up, so if someone can post it for me, it would be very helpful.

Hi guys,
Can someone copy all the alarm sound files (alarm1.wav and so on) or all the sound files from Helmi BA WM2k5 AKU3.5 ROM and post them here? I really like them and I wanted to copy them from somewhere, but re-flashing my device only to get the files then re-flashing it back to my current ROM seems a bit too much. Thanks.

Since nobody bothered to reply on this, I tried and after a lot of trial and error managed to decode and disassemble the ROM file and got the sounds out of it...
Attached for all who are too lazy to do the same... ;-)

please help me, i upgraded my cingular 8125 with NBD 9.2 ROM. it works perfectly alright but it has one problem, that i am not able to silent the incoming call by sliding the volume button up/down. Please help what to do ????

This has been emphasized again and again to read in the forum and particularly the thread concerned ,it wud have been much more helpful for you if you posted in the correct thread from where you downloaded the Rom NBD 9.2,plz post in the correct thread NBD 9.2 to seek advise and help,this problem might have already been discussed there.Instead of starting a new thread,Cheers
i had kaiser and i instal some of the roms on it but the last rom didnot appear any sound of the mobile it vibrate only no sound at all then i install another rom the same problem please help no sound at all what can i do
Go back to the ROM that did work, or search for the fix (if there is one) for that ROM. Did you install the ROM named
rusty_hook_v4_I_have_no_idea_what_ROM_you_are_using ?
Was it a Windows Mobile 6.1 rom?
you hear no sound because you did not install the appropriate radio for the cooked ROM. Search the cooked ROM thread and find out which radio to use or even easier loook through forums and people usually put the ROM they are using and the RADIO version as a signature on their name. Once you do that you should be fine. I had the same problem and I was going psycho but i figured it out.

you really didn't solve the problem you just avoided the fix. Re-install the ROM you really wanted and do a search in the forum for Kaiser Radios... maybe someone would be kind enough to post a link to the thread. Flash the radio into your device and you should be fine, i promise. You may also need to download the Keyboard fix because the keys may be thrown off by one on the keyboard after the rom update. You can find that in the CAB Collection Tread. C'mon people lets not be lazy.
gqstatus0685 is right - install the rom you want to use then look here to install the correct radio.

But there is no Dutch dictionary/keyboard included.
I've searched the web but haven't found any thing clear yet, any one here to help me?

Hello guys. Pretty noob here
A friend of mine owns a Topaz and he would be grateful if he could run Android on it. I read several posts and instructions and I'm almost sure I can help him. But I have one question for you... I tried only once to install a custom rom (on a Kovsky) and I made it first try... I remember changing some values in the registry with TotalCommander (if I'm not mistaken) and HardSPL-ing my phone before I could flash a custom ROM. Are those steps mandatory to run FRX07.1 on a stock Topaz or I just follow those instructions and nothing else?
