4 Icons Wide in Progams Display

there is a way to have 4 icon in a line like diamond or touch pro tweak for our kaiser?

Do you mean on the home screen? If so the HTC Home Plugin will work. You are able to select which icons you would like

noi'm sayng in the programs menu or settings

Look at the HyperDragon Rom I know he is doing it.

Hello all, i cabbed up the settings to make 4 rows in portrait and 5 rows in landscape. It doesn't work on all roms, but i know it works on Leo's throttle roms and Hyperdragon Omnia roms. Let us know any others it works on as well.
This is a discovery that I made with AllTheWay, and had posted in the Hyperdragon thread awhile ago. Enjoy it here as well

This is a Great program been using it for weeks now. Wish it would work on every screen not just the program screen.

yes, and also on every rom...but unfortunately it does not. Maybe someone will figure out why at some point.

TF3D customizing question

I haven't posted much as I mainly read other threads and my questions are answered. I just got at touch pro. I have found that I like the TF3D better than I like the SPB Mobile Shell 3 I had on my mogul. I have downloaded the TF3D Config and was able to change my themes. Thanks to those who worked on that. I was wondering if there was a customizer program that would let you add "widgets" on some of the tabs? I would like to have a battery indicator on the the tabs. I can put on the today screen but I don't see it unless I exit out of TF3D and the at the top of the taskbar is not that great.

Yes, it should be possible but will require writing some lua code to make it into a panel. If your not familiar with lua programming, I would suggest using ManilaTodayPage, which gives you a new tab for using as the standard windows today screen. There are a few today plugins that won't show up in it, but most work great. Since you mentioned you already had a today alternative, then you should be able to use that in the new MTP tab in tf3d. MTP is in diamond forum, develpment by blezalex.

Replace HTC Message With MS-SMS (Press Tab Function)

Quick Question/Request,
I've been searching for about 2 hours or so and cant seem to find the Manila file to replace the message tab press function, I would like it to go into the windows messaging layout, rather then the tf3d HTC messaging layout. I thought someone mentioned it in Our Sexai Energy Rom Cult, so if anyone comes across it please let me know!

I don't know the manila file number, but it will be in one of the lua scripts for messaging tab. Most likely it is in one of the embedded scripts of the messaging mode9 file, but could be one of the standalone scripts.

I believe it is this manila file 47dd6acd_manila
i am just not sure how to edit it.

Sorry for the bump... but could someone point out to me where this is? I've been looking for a way to change the Press Tab Function of the Messages tab to go back to the default WinMo threaded SMS function for a while now. Using Rhodium Manila 2.1

I've been using this forever. It doesn't work in the Sense 2.5 but works great for Sense 2.1. Just unzip and copy the manila file into your Windows folder and restart.

Thankyou just a shame it positions landscape sms to the left instead of centralized, will have to find out if can be corrected? Mineute graphic problem would just be nice to have it pukka but way better than the manila sms interface to which didn't capatalize start or after . also very minute reply space.

wingman, can you tell us what to do so that this will work in manila (sense) 2.5 as well?

On Sense 2.5 it doesn't work

how can i make my messaging program ALWAYS LOOK like this?
ok im running energy rom 26 feb 2010 21892 and am very happy with it. i have recently found this certain messaging bubble conversation style "look" on my phone. i would like my phone to always OPEN with this look. can ANYONE help me find the setting or possibly use a cab to enable this style of messaging PERMANENTLY?

I too am on Energy Rom Feb26, how do you get that mode up?
I'm trying to fix the messaging tab at the moment, since I hate that it uses MS messaging from "All Messages", the new message icon and the menu options but HTC messaging from everywhere else. At the moment I'm try to get it to use HTC messaging since the contact lookup as you type appears to be better.
It looks like that is a MS messaging feature, threaded messaging, I can't get it up on mine at all.

Looking at my current style sheets it is in my rom, but it's not using it (hence my MS messaging looks shockingly wm5)
Ahh, this message tab is annoying me, read 101 ways to disable HTC messaging but NOT how to get HTC to link correctly from the message tab.
As for disabling HTC and putting MS messaging, try searching for "Zenyee Disable HTC Messaging 1.2"

a OEM is about 200MB...u wan a cab that is 200MB???? do u realize how long it will take???? and then how slow ur system will become????
there are CHT roms here. and vedio tutorial on how to hardSPL and flash.....use them.

I mean the cab of TF3D in rhodium 1.19, should be a few m in size...
forget CHT rom, it has problem with simplified Chinese imput and the Traditional Chinese terms seem strange to CHS users. I prefer English rom.
to be frank, I am using your rom of 1.7 version. it's quick and stable, but I dislike the TF3D changes you made. (I like the original one), so I am trying to find one and replace the changes...

A rhodium CAB would take around 50 MB
But it is not just a matter of "making the CAB out of the PACKAGES"
If it were that simple, you should have seen it from a while around here

BTW I don't like Manila, I prefer titanium + panels over manila,
just my point of view and personal taste

Manila or Titanium are somewhat the same to me, though Manila is more familiar, for I used Diamond for a while and then X1, while at the same time used itje's roms for quite a long time... haha...he is Manila master.
Another one in Manila that I miss most is the weather tab. Try many different applications, no match.
so when I use wm6.5 rom, I would definitely install Manila too...

its just a skin n some may not like it.....but hey....i posted a default background , highlights, slider .. everything that i changed!!!!!!
search that thread.... page one will have most of ur answers regarding TF3D changes

Some questions about HTC diamond's interface

Hi everyone, this is my first post but I'm using this site as a infinite source of information since I bought my htc diamond.
I have 2 little questions anyway:
Is there a way to install a skine which makes the start menu of windows like the windoes 6.5's 1? That dropdown bar is very ugly in my hopinion.
I tried home 2 of pointui and I've been astonished of his rapidity and precision, it was much better than touchflo. Contacts and pages slide 100 times better.
Is there any way to improve sliding of pages and lists like in that UI? At least I know it is possible!

You could try some other UI's like SPB Mobile Shell or Point UI like you mentioned and see if those work for you. As far as the Honeycomb start menu of 6.5, I don't know if there is a way to alter the 6.1 start menu to look like that. You'll probably have to unlock and flash a 6.5 rom for that.
Try some of the tweaks posted in the Diamond Tweaks Sticky to improve scrolling. They do work!

I Solved my problem by installing more efficent apps like iContact and Thumbcalendar and by making them default!
If I can ask an other question, I have the brand of my operator instead of Opera logo in browser section of touchflo, is there any way to remove it?

Are you referring to the large icon that shows when you click the internet tab? It's usually a Globe. Or are you talking about the splash screen when Opera starts?
