Where can I buy a kaiser for cheap?

I've heard lots of people here talking about buying their kaisers for $200, EVEN $99!! Where on Earth do you find such a good deal? I have been in the market for weeks on Ebay and can only find ones for $500+. Does anyone have some advice for me on where I can pick one up for at most $400? Anyone selling or know of somebody selling theirs? I don't care if it isn't unlocked or still has the AT&T ROM... I can manage that. Anyways, I could really use some insight from you people. Any info would help. Thanks!

Actually I would be interested to know where you can get a Kaiser for such low prices. Preferably in Europe/UK though. Any suggestions??

Do you have ATT service in your area? if so, then you should be able to buy it too. I only said US only because I wasn't sure if the deal would apply to other countries as well. Since it does ask for a zip code to verify availablity I would assume it would work in canada as well. Try it, see if it accepts your zip.

Newegg has a little bit of a better deal. Comes out to $129 after all rebates. You can get a free bluetooth headset too during the checkout although you do have to pay $5 shipping.

This is just to inform you all that this phone is now sold since I have just purchased it on ebay.
This will be my second Kaiser, and I have to admit that I am very happy with it. I had a Herald before, and the Kaiser is a distinct improvement.
Thanks to all on this site who provide such good advice!! And thanks for helping me find a new phone for my wife!!

I didn't see that your phone was for sale, and also, although your phone if probably a cheaper offer (if you look at what you are giving with it), I wanted the HTC model not the MDA version because I already have an HTC model myself and I don't want to have two different versions of the same phone.

Maybe you should reduce your price a bit to get more interest. Your Phone is a T-mobile branded TYTN so will not have the look of the original TYTN from HTC Which may put some poeple off a bit.
I recently had the opportunity to purchase a MDA vario 3 for £200 brand-new and never used but my heart was set on an orginal looking one. A week later I managed to get an orange branded one with a HTC replacement battery cover £250.
I'm not saying yours isn't a bad offer. But maybe the price is a bit too much for what it is.
Hope you find luck selling it.

Yep, I have a thread advertising my phone. I'm still waiting for my paypal set up to come through and then I will put in on Ebay. Mine is brand new as well and hasn't even be switched on and comes with all you need.
Good luck with your herald- quite personally I don't see myself purchasing a Windws Mobile phone again in a very long time...

Lol. Okay, point made. If there is a buyer in London, UK then I am willing to meet face to face as this is the safest method for both the buyer and seller. I really do want to get rid of it however, and when my Paypal is sorted out shortly, you can purchase it by paypal if you're interested?....

May I ask if you can buy it for this price brand new? I do find it hard to believe that you can purchase a new Diamond for around £290. Who are you purchasing them from? Cuboosh?...
Also, keep in mind that it comes with 4 cases, two of which are the boxwave clear active case and Siedo's case, and two leather cases, Sony Bluetooth headphones in good condition, along with a virtually unused very compact Bluetooth keyboard that I purchased off Expansys for £60/$120.

not to hijack the thread or anything, but just to let you know, that most people dont really care about that stuff. i wouldnt pay extra for a bluetooth keyboard. why would i need it??? hah 4 cases??!!! one is more than enough. just letting you know why you're having problems selling it so far. maybe try selling that stuff separately??

I've had a Wizard for a long time and have been saving up for my next HTC phone. I'm in Canada and no-one seems to carry the diamond. Wondering if anyone knows where I can purchase an unlocked diamond for use on GSM (specifically Rogers). I checked expansys.ca and their prices rank as high as $988 after Tax & S&H. That's a little too high for my liking.
Any idea where I can get it for less?

If you're interested, I have a 4 month old Diamond for sale. Unlocked and flashed with Dutty's V2.5 ROM and .07 Radio. I had it on Roger's and it's as new in it's original box with all extras. Asking $550. I've picked up a Touch Pro.

Depending how close you are to the border, Best Buy is selling Unlocked 3G Touch Diamonds for $699 USD.

Hey jentech, your offer sounds appealing, I'll contact you if I make up my mind. I'd probably prefer it with the stock ROM though just so I can start my customizations on a clean slate.

Sure, pm me if you're interested, and you can flash any ROM you want over what I've done. Went to a Pro primarily for the keyboard. I find myself doing more emailing and texting since I changed jobs and the keyboard just makes it easier for me. I love the size of the Diamond though, so there's a trade off. And secondly, I got a steal of a deal on it

The thing is i have 2 old HTC's of which both have a broken screen, maybe someone in 'the scene' can find a good use for them.

I'm not exactly sure, however from what i see is around $40 or so. I have a friend selling his Kaiser with a broken keyboard for 40 and another person PMed me with a cracked screen for that price as well.

I'm just looking for any Kaiser to flash ROMs on. I hate flashing ROMs and hours of testing on my single Kaiser as it gets tedious to recustomize everything. As long as it's flashable, i'm okay. If you end up wanting to sell it, that is your business and i wouldn't interfere.
